We came in around noon and were in line under the sun for over an hour. At that time a guy who was in line behind us went up to the window and had his order taken. I believe it is incredibly unethical to let people skip the line and especially unacceptable when people have been waiting in line for over an hour. If they have the audacity to make us wait in the sun for over an hour, they should have the decency to uphold the line and serve the people that have been waiting the longest.

Tried this place for the first time, very good, menu is not something you see at a diner, can't wait to try breakfast. They serve Mimosas, beer, liquor, and a Burboun milkshake, it's a must go.

Excellent meal, and knowledgeable, friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. Everything was delicious. We had a Farmers Skillet and a Corned beef Skillet. Everything was fresh and from scratch.

I’ve been here about 4x and am usually a big fan. The last time, a couple of weekends ago, I got the Greek salad with added chicken. The chicken itself was old, cold, rotisserie chicken pieces and was inedible. It wasn’t just shredded white meat either - there were pieces or chicken skin. Whyyyy would you do that when all of the other food is delicious? Very, very disappointing!

I take my French fries seriously! I love these thin cut fries with the skins on! You do not need to add salt either! Also, the meatloaf sandwich is amazing! The bourbon barbecue sauce is sweet and Smokey and spread on sweet brioche bread. The burger contains two separate Meatloaf's and in between is perfectly crisp salty bacon and a pineapple puree that is so delicious I would love to try it on a ham sandwich even! The meatloaf alone is well seasoned with a sweetness and has great texture and not overcooked and it forks well like cake! I really appreciated having two separate Meatloaf's compiling the sandwich because I was able to open it and enjoy it open face style with all the flavor profiles and see the pineapple and bacon. Also, the barbecue sauce being spread on the bread as a separate location from the pineapple puree was smart so that the two complementing sweet elements didn't overlap.

Upscale diner with a Catskills vibe. Food is good. Try their cheese covered hamburger, it is fun. Atmosphere is right. Packed on weekends so plan accordingly.

Beware We ordered, sat and waited for an hour and 18 people (that got there way after us) to be served. Never got the food. Complained, they responded that because of what we ordered, it took longer to prepare (trout sandwich). Complained again and they stated that they couldn't find our order, but never offered anything to compensate.

I always make sure to stop here on my way to the Catskills. This place has such great food. Out of all the diners I’ve been to (Trucker in the NE Region) this diner is the best I’ve been to.

Some of the best food I’ve had in a while! It’s evident that the food is locally sourced and the max and cheese is some of the best I’ve had!

This authentic American diner has Exceptional service, quality food and incredible presentations. Their homemade bread is to die for. We traveled 2.5 hours to visit this location and were not disappointed. The service staff is super friendly and attentive. Their bacon is delicious and their ice coffee is tasty. Highly recommend visiting Phoenicia Diner.

The perfect diner? If you’re spending any time in the Catskills make this a stop! Only food that got me excited in this area. We went for breakfast (short stack not on the menu but available if you ask!), but it honestly looks solid for all meals (+it’s got an impressive craft beer selection). Great ambience, service, and food. Windows overlook the mountains 😍

This dinner is so good we went twice in a long weekend. The food is delicious and the service is great. There are vegetarians and vegan options as well as a kids menu. My kids loved the pancakes.

I absolutely promise you this place is the one! Not only did I have the best glass of orange juice I’ve ever had but my entire meal was delicious perfection. The pancakes are so flavorful and fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the Turkey sausage was flavorful. The service staff was great! Felt like we knew each other.

Love this place! Have been here a few times when visiting Belleayre…never disappoints. Last visit had a chicken sandwich…best chicken sandwich ever! The chef Chris makes it with chicken thighs…unbelievably good! And our server Barbara was lovely….great restaurant!

Great place for some brunch, very friendly staff and bottomless coffee. It’s not your standard American diner either as there’s plenty of menu options and the food is fresh and tasty
