Went in to grab some thing and was in line with 3 other people for 5 min well the employe sat there and talked with another person and I asked if someone was going to help . She then said be there in a minute. Not okay for you to sit there and let a line grow well your off having your own conversation. Very unprofessional..nor less let another employee do your job! Well your still talking with someone..do your job
Coffee was hot. Staff was friendly and toilets were clean.
They have the best milkshakes
Only pumped gas outside. Pumps are modern and easy to use but the LED screens on them are harder for visually impaired people like myself to see at times.
Service was awesome always have a wide variety of things
This is my first visit to this chain & I loved it! I can't wait to go back & get the ice cream!!
Staff is professional enough. Time and time again people either park where air is to be closer to entrance of store or put air in tire and then go in store with car left parked in the same place. Sometimes they even walk around talking after coming out. They never seem to be going in to store to grab a couple of things to buy then come right back. They are always oblivious to someone else waiting on them. A sign there may be a good idea because apparently the natives around here are for the most part self centered people. If I notice this being there sometimes just once every month or two at times it's hard for me to believe employees and management isn't aware of this.
Alica goes above and beyond she makes u feel appreciated when u go in and makes wonderful milk shakes
I had a bad experience with one of the workers where she attacked me about not paying for my gas yelling and calling me names I had stopped going there till today where I was greeted by sabrina one of the mangers who said she was sorry for the way the lady reacted and wanted to let me know she no longer worked there I'm so happy that they listened and removed her
Why is there no cups for coffee ... the cups are made in the usa ... just don't add up ... or dang get your cups from another supplier
Excellent Customer Service and wonderful friendly staff . Great supporter of the US Military and Great supporter of the Alzheimer Association events. When my vehicle was broke down the staff render help until AAA arrived . Thanks for the Great help .
Would have gave them 5 but they don’t have fountain pops & The staff aren’t very friendly but the pizza is amazing !!!! If nothing else just stop in for the pizza .
I've lived in N.Y for 3 years now, I've been to numerous Stewart's shops throughout this area and I am struggling to find enough patience to return to the Philadelphia area location. I have given plenty of business to this shop and dealt with several unpleasant experiences but yet I still return. My fault, never again. I walked in to order a sub. I immediately felt like I had interrupted something more important and was not greeted with kindness but tolerance. I placed my order which she did not listen to because I asked for wheat bread and somehow I now have white bread. She did not look at the lettuce she set on my sandwich because it's obviously covered in slime. The sub was not very well put together period.I work in retail. I would never make a repeat customer feel this frustrated after leaving my store. If you are so busy you can't act with basic or kind business or people skills then ask management to step-in or hire more help. I will gladly NOT be returning to this Stewart's shops.
