Another favorite in Patchogue. Great food, service & atmosphere. We were able to eat outside at their enclosed patio. All organic food. 👌

DON’T DELETE MY REVIEW AGAIN! I AM BRINGING AWARENESS TO THE RACIST BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF! This is my 3rd time visiting this establishment. The second and third encounter I was racially profiled. The last time I was there, which was today, the staff was very rude and dismissive with their actions and their eyes. The behavior is very distasteful. The encounter today was the same. Today as I came in, no one was at the booth to greet so I walked straight to the pickup counter where I normally go. I stood there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from no one. Everybody was getting help but me and the staff was just staring at me. It was 2 people at the bar having conversations and a few other people playing around on the other side of the counter. They looked at me countless of times but never said anything. I seen the manager walk out of the back so I asked a server to grab her. I had to run someone down to get service. If you're black, this is not the place for you. I'm not from here so I guess that behavior is normal here and that's sad. It's unacceptable and so evil. The staff there is racist and no one can convince me otherwise. I hope that accountability is made and there are solutions made as well. Also that they understand that there are other races in this world that matter. Do better Toast staff. And no I don't want anymore apologies. I don't want anything in return but requesting that the staff get proper anti- racism coaching and they change and grow. I will never go back to this place. Im just grateful that I'm just visiting and I don't live here.

I have no idea how the food was because we thought this was a "Coffee House". Service sucked! We were greeted and seated outside. Then moments later, another couple was seated. We received water and then never seen the waitress again until she came out and served the other couple without stopping to ask if we were ready? What about us? We were here 10 more after the other couple was served (They had a cocktail and a bloody mary, we only waited for coffee!) before we just walked out. Tired of waiting for nothing... The atmosphere was loud and busy at about 10 AM. But, no service, no coffee, and being skipped over is enough for me to put in a poor review, Sorry!

First time here and I love it. Only thing I would change is the water cups. They are a little beat up

Don’t book a party there. They rush you out. Workers are rude and food was just okay. Pass! Overrated I would prefer ihops. Seriously.

The food was delish, the service was good, however the bussed dishes were not brought back to the kitchen but dumped LOUDLY into plastic bins by the dining area entrance. Since the room has an open floor plan, it was startling to hear every time a table was cleared.

I have dined here several times so am used to long wait. Had planned special brunch for a birthday . I was concerned that my 80 year old mother would have trouble with the long wait . I called restaurant several days in advance to assist and they didn’t . Joined wait list 45 minutes in advance and still had to stand another hour before being seated . My son found a paper wrapper in his latte . Lastly , the staff removed chairs from our table while we were still eating to set up for an event . Find another breakfast spot . Toast is a money making machine with horrible service .

The quality and quantity of the food & drinks never disappoint. The steak was tasty and tender. The scrambled eggs paired well with the flaky biscuit and creamy gravy. The staff is attentive without being overwhelming. If you plan to arrive anytime after 9 AM, expect to wait for a bit. Your best option is always to make a reservation because Toast gets very packed.

One of the best coffee houses on Long Island... Besides the other Toast locations, of course! Great coffee, great food, and great service. Love the owner's eclectic decorating taste at each location. If you have to wait to be seated, totally worth the wait! Enjoy!

I love Toast! I go to all their locations, love the new Port Jeff location, so much bigger and the crowds continue to follow. I had a Poached Egg Hash and Hush Puppies dish at Port Jeff that I was upside down on! I mean I cleaned my plate! The ambiance and decor at all the locations with the customer base to match make it a perfect place to go. Expect it to be busy, ask for coffee while you wait at the bar and Patchogue has to step their game up as they are no longer my favorite location(service/food are the cause for the missing star).

The food is always excellent as always. I want to start off with our server Jessica was great. This time around though the front staff didn't really handle the wait list that well. I was told a 50 minute wait which I was fine with. We started noticing people being seated before us so my mom went up to see what was going on and they they will have have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I than went up to them to let them know that was not appropriate thing to do and we were waiting a good amount of time already watching other people that got there after us being seated. I also noticed that I had a lady waiting on line behind to put her name on the list because she asked me if I was waiting on line I told her no I'm waiting for a seated. The lady happened to see a man she knew that worked there and hug him. That man took that lady and her friend in the catering room to seat them at a table next to the bar and they didn't have to wait at all. That I happened to find very rude that they only waited 5 minutes not even just because they knew somebody. I was hoping for that seat they had to because I just saw the people finished eating at that table but he put his friends/family over the customs who were waiting at least an hour for the table. They have to learn a better way at keeping track of there wait list because there food is amazing and I do truly love this resturant.

Been here before multiple times. The food is great. Went today after joining the waitlist online of an hour. We waited an hour to be seated which is fine but then they told us our name was not on the list . We had put our name on the waitlist in Patchogue. The blonde kid working the front made a snide remark about the possibility of our names not being on the list. Then he put us back on and send we are having to wait for 20-25 minutes after waiting for an hour. Bad service on their part. You would think they would treat the people who join waitlist ahead of time better but no.

Great place with great menu selections. Not your average spot. Avoid the rush times. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get the food out after its been prepped when its really busy. Otherwise this is my favorite breakfast spot in the area.

Food was good however the sheer amount of people they let in to wait for a table is absolutely absurd. We had the misfortune of having a table right by the waiting area (regardless of having a reservation) and there were literally people standing right behind us while we were eating. I had to say “excuse me” to get up to use the bathroom. Very uncomfortable and I wasn’t able to enjoy. If your restaurant is popular I don’t understand why they can’t implement a buzzer system for tables. Having a large crowd inside literally stare at customers while they’re dining makes the experience pretty terrible.

Lovely place for breakfast. 3 ring circus was a very pleasant option. So many things to choose from can't wait to return
