Hidden gem. Great breakfest and a price point that no one can match today.
Absolutely the best breakfast, and a friendly atmosphere always. Kevin & Jane....great people....I consider them friends.
Kevin's is fantastic. Don't expect to be wowed by the decor. It's a coffee shop with great food and great value. Nobody looking to beat anyone over the head here. Kevin is looking to make his customers happy, and he does this through his food. Great breakfast spot.

Low key and unsuspecting place with great food and very quick service. Kevin was also very friendly! If you need a quick and good BEC this is a good place to go.

If you don't know, well your missing out. Oceanside STAPLE. Kevin and his wife are legends. He remembers everyone and cares about his customers. Nicest, most hardworking people. Popular place for Oceanside students. Kevin's Special home fries on and off with bacon or sausage, thats all you need to know. He has pancakes, French toast, burgers, grilled cheese too. CASH only, very cheap. Coffee and his egg sandwich is like $4-$5. Try the King Kong hero, ham, sausage, bacon, eggs. It's not the most glamorous space, but go! Egg sandwich and home fries, THE KEVIN'S SPECIAL
I used to go to Kevin’s all the time when I lived in Ny. I was visiting my mother this week and thought I’d go back for the Kevin’s Special. After we ordered ai wanted a side of Potato’s for my 7 yr old and Kevin says $3. Barely any potato’s then I asked if he could add more and that’s when he said it would be 4$ I said nevermind. He said 4$ or nothing and threw them back on the grill in a mean, nasty way because he needed them? Said he was busy and maybe he was running out of potato’s? There’s a right way and wrong way to talk to your customers. Especially those that are regulars and talk highly of your place. This attitude of his won’t get him far. The place is also Dirty as ever. Least clean up. Poor customers eating next to dusty, cob webbed windows with flys and bugs all around. Guess this won’t be my spot any more. YOU Need to do BETTER. Very DISAPOINTED to say the least.

Kevin’s Coffee Shop is the best place for breakfast and brunch. Kevin who owns and works the shop is amazing, he cooks great food and is a local legend. Eating here is the closest thing you will get to eating like a god. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND AMAZING TALENT AND FOOD!!! 5/5 stars top tier
