For the 3rd time I’ve called an hour an a half ahead of time and placed my order just a BLT. You walk in everyone’s having a good ol time and nope no sandwich that’s my lunch for work so no lunch today again!! Not spending a dime here again DONE!!!!!
I can’t decide how I feel about bryne dairy I’m Norwich. The employees are great when they are in a good mood but other then that they don’t treat people very great! There is this one employee Bobby who’s always in a good mood and friends with everyone. He’s always trying to cheat everyone up and making some kind of funny joke. Last week I had an issue with one of the worker because she didn’t like the person that I was with so she had a snooty attitude the entire time. I ended up leaving everything on the counter. She was super unsanitary, dirty fingernails, stained shirt kind of unsanitary. So I’m glad we were able to go to a different gas station and get almost everything that we had wanted from bryne dairy! But I did get to take my pitty there for ice cream a ton before she passed away so it will always hold a special place in my heart.
Good family style store
This is supposed to be a sausage pizzas one little piece on a slice and it tastes different the sauce has no flavor worst pizza I have got from them. This is Norwich NY for you.
Used to love coming here for the ice cream but when you stand there for 10 minutes while the manager and two employees have a conversation, ask if the ice cream area is open and get told yes, walk back over and stand there again and STILL dont get served, it kinda kills the mood. Guess I'll be going to Dustys from now on.
Ordered a BLT on wheat. It had Mayo, lettuce and uncooked bacon on UNTOASTED bread. NO TOMATOES. Gross. I will not be ordering from there anymore. I called them and the girl said manager would call me back. NOBODY CALLED ME. save your money.
I understand its just ice cream but every time we go and ask for a large which clearly states is 7 swirls they do 5 which is a medium and get all upset and mad when we tell them when we pay that we are not paying for a large when its a medium
Good location and hours. Bad management!!! In no way at any time should a convenience store not have in stock items that regularly sell. Wasted my time and gas to go get some coffee creamer. Went last week all out. Now over a week later still no coffee creamer. Pretty sad everyone wants to be lazy or blame it on the Covid. Which is total B.S. being during the pandemic it was always available!!!!

I'm giving a one rating because byrne dairy in norwich ny has signs up saying face mask required and they are not inforcing the law. Due to the pandemic
Great place for food, ice cream, and gas. Has public bathroom and drinking fountains. Gave 4 stars only due to the people that tend to hang out there and its reputation to get drugs there.
prices not too bad, bathroom is messy most days. major crime spot, junkies hang here a LOT. laundry connected, gas prices good.
I had two sandwiches made and I could not believe how huge they were! The food service looks like they do a pretty good job here.

Their current posted phone number is up to date and was answered by a cheery, polite employee. Their location as written into google maps as is also correct seeing’s as tho that I live right next door and know this area all too well.
