Love this location. great little spot to get food or snacks as you're passing through to any of the other local attractions or to the other northern towns.

Unfriendly staff in the evenings. I know not everyone likes their jobs. However, don’t take a job where you work with the public if you’re ALWAYS going to be miserable. I’m definitely glad that there’s a dollar general across the road.
So many ice cream flavors...eating my way through as many as possible.

Great Stewart’s Store it’s clean new and modern they also have plenty of parking and a lot of selection and friendly service and the gas pumps are very easy to understand compared to other gas stations I’ve been too but the gas prices are very high $3.39 a gallon that’s a lot
All Stewart’s are about the same, the fellas workin here we’re all very nice. No complaints
I LOVE this shop! Their ice cream is better than anything I’ve ever had. The ladies are so nice, the night clerks are so friendly, one employee, I think her name was Heidi, is SUCH a sweetheart. Very pleased with the staff at North Creek!

By far the nicest Stewarts that I've patronized; and believe me, I've been to a lot. From the landscaping, to the interior, aestheticly very pleasing.
Awesome Ice Cream selection. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We love your shops, however... Your North Creek, NY location has about the worst customer service that we have ever witnessed in one of your stores. Customers rarely get greeted when they walk in the door and very rarely get a hello when they approach the register. More times than not, there will be seven or more customers waiting in line and there will be two employees standing in the back near their desk talking to each other. Would it be such a bad idea to have one of them go to the other register and help the poor employee that has to deal with all of the customers? My final complaint comes to an employee named April. This woman has the foulest mouth I've ever heard from someone in a customer service position. I am super disappointed that a company of your stature and standing in the community has such a grossly, and obviously untrained person in a position where she can interact with people. The way she treats and talks to people is disgusting.
Cashier Tammy was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. Gave me an attitude about buying beer when I said I would go get my ID that I left in the truck but still wouldn’t sell it to me. Terrible
So here we are on Presidents’s weekend and have a house full of family. Nineteen to be exact. We stop in the store on Saturday and request if they are able to handle six pizza’s to be made the next day for pick up. The staff responds “Sure no problem” . So today, which is Sunday, we call with a two hour window for preparing and request 6 pizza’s to be picked up at six thirty. The response is “ Sorry we don’t have enough cheese to make that many”. This, by the way, was after they had to check if there was enough dough to make them. Now what? Very unreliable! Moral of the story.....They didn’t get our dough!

EXCELLENT ICE CREAM!!! took the coated coffee beans chocolate ice cream and the rainbow. Very friendly staff and a nice spot to seat in the sun and enjoy the ice cream.
Great food,coffee and ice cream.
Firewood, dry goods, ice cream, friendly staff...what more could you need :)
