Stopped in while visiting Middletown for the day. Nice location right downtown. Thoughtful decoration. I had a Cortado and my friend had a Mocha Latte. Both were very good. I would certainly come again if I lived in the area.
Stopped by while passing through the town from upstate. This is a great place to sit down with an Americano or espresso and combine it with their pastries and the like. Hope they can add some vegan options in the future. The quality of the coffee and food is great and the customer service is awesome. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
Absolutely love this place and their coffee. Hands down some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I got their dirty matcha AND latte with oat. Highly recommend! Got to speak with the owner and learn of all the heart and soul that went into the making of the decor, the beans, and everything else in between! So if you have a cafe that you wanna go to, DEFINITELY come to this one. You won’t regret it!!
Very good coffee in a pleasant café. I love the classical music that plays, the friendly staff and be sure to have some rugelach with your java. It’s a great place to unwind. Recommended coffee spot in Middletown.

Probably some of the best coffee I've had in the Hudson Valley area and definitely the best in Middletown.
I can't drink regular coffee without feeling turbocharged. With DAYES enzyme fermented coffee I didn't have that feeling. I can drink more than one cup and still feel fine. I like the taste and not to mention that it's the first of its type in North America!
Coffee was good. Wish the girl at the counter was friendly. A simple hello means a lot . Just saying
Stopped in for a coffee and ended up buying a bag of beans. The coffee is expensive but it is a great coffee for those with sensitive stomachs. I went back and bought another bag. It's not bitter and I can drink it without milk or sugar. Also has less caffeine.
Just came from this place really nice space. I had the mocha with oatmilk OMG!!! was it good sorry no pic I drunk it so fast also had shortbread cookie was delicious I will be returning before I leave town!!!

Our friend Angel the Flan Man brought my coworkers and I coffees. 2 of us had the Vanilla Lattes and one had the Chai, hands down the best coffee we have ever had, super smooth with no acidity. DAYES has earned 3 new recurring customers.
Best coffee in town! I love coffee and tried out several coffee places in the area, but nobody can beat Dayes in quality or price. All my family and friends that I bring to Dayes get hooked.
