ANDY did a fabulous job today !! ALL ALONE DOING EVERY THING AND KEEPING UP !!! Coffee, pizza and SO much more all done !!! 2 people quit w/ no notice leaving him wicked short handed !! I hope the owners appreciate how hard he works !!!! Great place,.. it's a pleasure to stop in first thing in the morning for thier great selection of coffee, hot, cold & FROZEN, lots of add in flavors and real cream 99 cents, always fresh too, no matter what time of day !!! Why go anywhere else !!! Small place so they can't always stop to answer the phone, please be patient when they cant or just stop in !!

Nobody answers the phone at Fastrac in Mexico. Been calling for 30 minutes and it's had its busy signal going. The last 2 times this happened, the phone was "accidentally" off the hook. This time they've apparently been busy. I've worked a "busy" shift there, they don't know real busy. They've just gotten lazier. I'll order from Phoenix from now on. They treat their customers much better.
Unfortunately had to go to the laundry mat here. As the other one has burned down. It is very gross, dirty and unkept. It smells of stagnant water. My clothes smelled from the water. It's obvious the machines never get cleaned. I have decided if I need to visit a laundry mat , it's worth a drive to Oswego or Pulaski . Also the employees at FasTrack are no help and act as though you're bothering them for change even though there's no change machine in the laundry mat and they are in charge of it .
This place is always good to get late night pizza!

Rude customer service
Typical stop, shop ,fuel etc. Bonus laundromat out back. Very small dz top Ld washers $2.00. Front Ld maxi washers $4.50 there's 4. Dryers are FREE IF YOU WASHED THERE. BUT go late night otherwise your fighting to use 10 of 12 dryers.

Decent fastrac with modest offerings not as much as some of the fastrac's. Do offer 90 octane ethanol free gas...
This would get zero stars in real life. Did not answer phone for pizza order. Stop taking phone off the hook. very angry about this. Extremely unprofessional. Will not get my money again.
Employees are amazing
Let me start by saying, this place is a joke. I tried calling multiple times, if I could post a screenshot I would. They would not answer the phone. We drive down here to order Pizza, and Boneless Wings, to which the menu says they make. They said a half hour wait on the pizzas, which would have been nice to know if they had actually answered the phone and weren’t conversing with people who are just hanging out. They also do not make Boneless Wings anymore supposedly, even though their menu says they do.
Pretty good selection of convenience store fare. The parking lot is a mess during busy hours because of multiple entrances, and they share a drive with McDonald's. Free drying in the laundromat is a great value, but there are currently 3 dryers not working. The cleanliness in that area definitely needs some work. Employees are friendly and generally move quickly to get customers in and out.
A great, large and clean Gast Trac Cafe. Great deals on pizza specials and always well stocked shelves in every other department. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Fuel pumps are well lit and easy in out onto rt 104. They carry non ethanol gas. All in all a great chain of stations and this is no exception.

went in for lotto tickets. They didnt have the cards that you fill out so I had written the numbers on a piece of paper for the clerk to enter manually. The person working the register was the manager of the store. He was completely rude and unprofessional about being asked to enter numbers manually. I'll never buy lotto from this place again. Tops is a much better place for my business.
