This review is specific to the Lyon’s Falls store. I attempted to contact someone in charge of this location a while back but it never amounted to anything. I go to Stewart’s shops quite often and most of the time, staff and customer service are pretty great. The store in Lyon’s Falls is an exception. Very rarely do I have a good experience here. I will come back every so often, but it doesn’t get any better. The staff here do not care. No one greets you, no one is at a register unless there is a line, whatever the staff are working on is much more important than you and your purchases, if you ask for assistance you get a ton of attitude. You also get the staff who are really chatty with each other and can’t pause their conversation long enough to ring up a customer. Again, if you ask for assistance, you get a ton of attitude. Maybe it is the manager, maybe it’s the location. Maybe both. All I know is that this store almost always frustrates me, and I avoid it now
