Was traveling through Long Lake on Sat Oct. 8th we were dangerously low on gas so we stopped at 10:54pm to fuel up before continuing on To Tupper Lake. The employees had the place closed up even though 11 pm is closing time. We went to the door and asked the Male employee if he could please turn on the pump as they should not be closed. He said Sorry, We open at 5am. We said you are supposed to be open until 11. He said...we open at 5am. Corporate Headquarters will be getting a call.
Great array of products for everyone's needs. Decent gas prices.

Great price for gas clean restrooms and ok food
I travel the north country all the time. Never gave 5 stars before but well deserved here.This store always has things made fresh. Coffee pots always filled. Employees are beyond friendly and nice. I stop by at least once a week and most time twice. A pleasure to do business with. A+ all the way
Very nice shop with very clean facilities.
The restrooms were disgusting, there was black conk on the walls on the doors and there was no soap in there was toilet paper all over the floor and the toilet never got cleaned. And I feel this is happening at a lot of Stewart's Shops because this happened at the next one that we went to. It is such a turn-off as a customer to walk in there and use the bathroom find it so dirty and grimy you have to clean it yourself to use it, who wants to eat at a place like that?

I had a temp job in the Newcomb area from May-Nov 2019, and man, I miss Stewart's. It's the place to go for ice cream (delicious flavors and a frequent flyer rewards card of sorts). They have surprisingly good branded hot food, and a milk rewards card, too (buy 10, get 1 free). Their gas was pricey, but that's what you expect from the only place in town to fill up. Other than their expensive gas, a really great place. Benches outside and in to enjoy your snacks. The cashiers got to know me and the other seasonal workers, and seemed friendly with the locals.
Never realized this before that Stewart’s shops is a Syracuse/Adirondacks local shop. They’re branded ice cream pints are to die for!!! I had the the milk chocolate gelato and reminded me of the Tim Hortons hot chocolate taste, but cold and delicious on a hot summer day...but it’s still spring. Remember to wear your mask.

The best milk shakes I ever drank. They even give you the extra they prepare. Tried the extra thick strawberry banana milk shake. I would say they were better than shake shacks.

Stewarts is a staple for traveling through the Adirondacks. This one is no different. Great food, great service, and you can just pee if that's all you need.
