Little Rico’s is Hudson’s crown jewel. My top reason for being a devoted customer is the people. Anjelica and her team are kind, caring sweet and customer service focused. They make their jobs look effortless because of the smiles behind the counter and their ease in interacting with one another. Come and hang out in the cafe just for the good juju! But that’s not allll: The food is consciously sourced and delicious with lots of Latin American inspired choices. Sweet plantains for breakfast? YES please, and don’t forget my oat milk latte. The smoothies are amazing, my fave is the coffee date smoothie, and there are lots of other good options. Olive oil chocolate chip cookies. Swoon. The cafe also features a well thought out retail section with all kinds of yummy and interesting, high quality products. 5 enthusiastic stars for this sweet space with gratitude for how good I feel when I’m here with a special shoutout for Lis 🌸

A delicious dedicated gluten free spot. Could not recommend the plantain chips and guac highly enough

The food was good. A bit pricey for the amount you get. It’s a cute little spot

Expensive and not great. Bread tasted like it was stale and was very hard.

We enjoyed a late lunch at this charming place, something for everyone (the sancocho soup for me)! Thanks to Marco for the ordering help & for the nice service too 😊🙏

Very nice worker and store displays, however the smoothies were awful, especially for the expensive price.

If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Easily one of my favorite places in Hudson.

I got a gourmet deli and coffee house vibe, wrapped in pink paint, and a colorful tile floor, giving off a European and Latin energy all in one. With an array of high end grocery products, badass baristas and a savory vegan frittata (that’ll leave you full yet wanting more); I recommend just a good ol’ cup of hot drip to start your morning right.

The gluten-free breakfast sandwich was lovely and hearty, and what a treat to get gluten-free BRIOCHE. Personally I'd want a more flavorful cheese on that sandwich, kinda disappeared into the other flavors, but it was still really good, especially with the avocado spread. Lots of good vegan options for those wanting or needing them. The gluten free lemon cake was delicious too. The ambiance is warm and friendly and felt very queer-friendly, with a beautiful color palette. The staff is SO friendly and helpful and made it such a pleasure to be there. And what a treat to be able to get a gf breakfast sandwich at 2:30pm! Will definitely go back.

Online order system didn't work. Further, it was not very quick to make the simple order once I was in the shop. The bowl was a little bland. I have been in before and had a good smoothie and GF baked good.

Can I give 0 stars? So I bought my food and sat down to wait. 30 minutes went by, and 2 customers had come in, ordered n recieved food n left already while I waited for 1 item. My food came out and me n my friends saw my bun lol, it looked black n we thought it was the kind of bread. I bit into it and it was burnt. Completely black n charred, it was outstanding. I work in a kitchen. It takes 30 seconds to retoast a bun. No reason to serve something like that beside pure laziness n no care which worries me about other aspects of the place. I don't write many reviews, especially bad ones but I will never return or recommend. The service was all but absent, the food was worse than if my blind dog was on shrooms n tried to cook a "burger", the wait was pretty wild for the simple order I had n I guess the juice was okay but I'll take my business else where. The photos online are definitely not equivalent to the experience.

WOW! The best food in Hudson 100%. Nourishing, delicious plant based food that makes me feel my best. Also a great selection of grocery and home items to fit all your wellness needs. I don't know what I would do without Little Ricos as a local Hudson person.

Not good coffee, iced pumpkin spice latte was watery with way too much clove. Unfortunately undrinkable.

I just consumed a transcendent breakfast wrap : La Norma. Add cheddar. Add bacon. Add Diablo hot sauce. Put on Coltrane (yes at 9am) and melt into its deliciousness.

Little Rico was delightful. The staff was very kind and community emanated from its doors. I had the Spicy Island and my friend had the Earth Berry smoothie. Also has small, yet thoughtfully curated retail selection. 10/10 would recommend!
