Great ice cream, bad customer service. I love supporting local businesses but not when there is no customer service. Waited in line a long time which is ok and understandable at an ice cream shop, however it's not ok to pull your friends from the back of the line to order ahead of others that were there first. Three very young people working and only 1 was actually doing anything. There was a 4th person..seemed older but standing and texting on her phone. Organization and management is needed before I will come here again.

The purpose of an online order is that you can pick up your already paid for purchase at the designated time. Had to stand in line 15 minutes to get order that wasn't even ready. Also you are offering products for purchase you do not have, along with pictures that look nothing like the product I received. Very disappointing.

$3.70 for a small cup of lukewarm, old coffee!! No syrups or specialty milk. Outrageous!!. I can get a cappuccino at Starbucks for .50 cents more. The sugar in the packets were also rock hard in clumps. PASS.
