This is the absolute best coffee shop. I normally go to Starbucks 3-4 times a week. However, I decided to try New Roots one day because of how busy Starbucks was. And it was AMAZING!! I love it and am hooked now.

Snuck back home for a long weekend and returned to a coffee shop that I haven't been to in ages. I don't remember it being a favorite, so I was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised because our experience was fantastic. The batista was friendly....quiet....but friendly. They had many coffee flavors to choose from, and I had a rasberry mocha latte. It was hot and flavorful. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was tasty, too. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating are available during the warmer months. There is a music and art studio in the same building. You can also buy coffee beans and have a variety to choose from. Highly recommend checking out and giving them a try.

Very cute little place to have a coffee break with a couple of friends. I loved that there were stickers customers "should take." The muffins were fantastic, and the espresso was delicious. Very cute relaxing vibe.
I've been coming here for two years or more visit today and I always explain how I like my coffee and the young person that was working said she doesn't like people been condescending, I was just explain how I like my coffee with less milk than normal cuase I like it strong and I drawer a line for the level of milk and she did not like it using the word out of context. Here is what she thinks she knows con·de·scend·ing having or showing a feeling of patronizing superiority. Here what she need to know Customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. Good coaching moment.

What a gem! Not my usual stomping grounds (ahem), was nearby for a dental cleaning, searched "coffee near me," so glad I did. Will stop in next time I'm around. Muffins and coffee were tasty, and I hot so.e ground, for home. Score!
