My only critique is to place the open sign where it is easier to see from the street. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even under stress. They had a wide variety of choices of food and drink. The cupcakes and cookies were massive and very well decorated. The drinks were delicious and well worth the wait.

I spoke with two people this morning specifically a gentleman named Matthew who helped me send my friend just a single cup of coffee. He offered to just run it over as i live a good distance away. Without charging me. I insisted i pay as I could not believe what an amazing gesture. But his genuine kindness was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much

Attentive, very friendly staff, and great coffee. The smoothies and food aren't bad either. Will definitely be back.

They don’t pay their employees, and mistreat them. Their cupcakes and baked goods look like they were decorated by children…not professional whatsoever

Order the one two three. Build your own sandwich. Good sandwich, no complaints

Lots of 5 star reviews from the same few names I see under all of their businesses. Guess it's a good thing for friends, right?

Had a bagel sandwich and a coffee with my nephew. We both enjoyed it. Great food at reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Got a breakfast sandwich (plain bagel w/ toppings) and coffee. Was very impressed with the quality, especially considering its location. Will definitely come again soon to try their boba.

Open mic on Thursdays if fun. Had a nice time listening to local musicians.

They don’t pay their employees. There’s no reason a paycheck should bounce.

Great customer service!! I ordered a roast beef on a panini bread with cheddar cheese and mayo, it was delicious. I got a large latte, whole milk and sugar, loved it!! I work a few doors away from them, they have a new customer 😊

the bagels are frozen NOT fresh how they advertise. saw them come out in a clear bag hard as rocks. also, asked and found out they fired the nice boy that worked there. shame. he was good and always made my drinks the way i liked. update: not sure how to respond directly to the owner, but i'd love to know the bagel company that sends dough from nyc to gloversville every day. it's also very interesting that the owner says they are "dough" when they come in because the baristas take them frozen out of a bag and put them in the oven for under 10 minutes! no bagel i've ever made from dough has taken that short of an amount of time. saying "made fresh in house" is reeeeeally stretching it. more like "heated up in house". all i read in this response are blatant lies.

The drink I had was good! I was a little bummed because I ordered a latte, but the barista couldn't get the espresso machine to work. I was offered a different drink, which was good, but I payed for a drink that cost $2 more than what I received. I would try the place again, just confirm the espresso machine is working. *This was in November, so probably resolved by now I'm sure!
