Manager was very rude when capo machine was not working my daughter poured the little bit of water in what she thought was a drain and got her head taken off foot it. We won’t be back
I love the milk in glass, as well as the ice cream at this establishment. I also like the location in Geneseo, as well as it's size. The only reason for 4 stars is that I haven't had super amazing customer service every time I go in there.

Food is great but the lady taking my order was extremely rude slamed her hands on the counter out of frustration and this is my first time writing one of these. if i was being rude or had a nasty attitude I'd understand but I was just trying to place an order.
I’m from Brooklyn and there’s a certain taste you look for in your pizza and these guys have it down pat. They aren’t expensive like the other guys here in Geneseo and the customer service is great. Haven’t had a bad experience yet

Assistant manager got mad when I came back in with 2 very soupy milkshake after not offering refund or a new one I called to complain about his attitude and he continued to argue with me over the phone he had black hair glasses and he always wears a hat he has assistant manager disgusting.

I love going here for ice cream but they left someone their alone who doesn’t know what their doing.. I asked for a twist I didn’t know it was going to be smushed in a bowl with the cone stuck in it.. I refused to have it because it’s not what I’m paying for. The bf felt bad and bought it even tho he hates chocolate twist and bought it And threw it away after. She said I can do it 3 more times but it’s going to come out the same I only have been here 3 months and don’t know how to work the machine?????! And the other thing we charge for a medium even though there wasn’t even enough ice cream in there to call in a medium it was more of a small
Food is good and the service isn’t bad for a gas station. The icecream is the best.

Best soft serve ice cream in Livingston County. Also, free air to fill up your tires. Most gas stations make you pay.
