I was in the Canandaigua area and stopped at their coffee shop. The minute we walked in, we were greeted, and there was the wonderful smell of good coffee. We like the Canandaigua blend coffee because it is smooth and tastes delicious. I bought a 5# bag of coffee beans as I usually have to order it online.
Our first time there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had a large selection of drinks! And very tasty treats.
I have been a customer of finger lakes coffee roasters from the beginning when my daughter worked at the store in Bushnell Basin. Your coffee beans are on sale on the 9th of each month, I usually call the day before to place my order,but today I called for todays sale, and a friendly lady took my call, after she took my order ,she asked me to call the day before for pickup on the 9th. I am not upset by that, what bothers me is that when I arrived to pick up my order 4 workers were not waiting on any customers, so when I gave my name they said there was a mixed-up and gave my order to someone else. Now I had to wait for my order to be filled.. Also I am not happy about you not using the punch cards for coffee beans. Thank you for listening to me. M. Brown
I’ve been coming here a lot more often recently, the ladies are always kind, and quick at making my coffee. I love love the hot café mocha, caramello and white knight. I can’t wait to try some of their other hot and cold coffees. The punchcard with the ability to eventually get a free drink is a nice touch. 😊

Next to my home town coffee this is some incredible coffee. Staff is friendly and knowledge.
My father visiting from out of town asked if he could receive a veteran’s discount for the coffee he was purchasing. Instead of kindly replying, the lady who said that she has worked there for 13 years, gave a snotty response, “No! We’ve never given veteran discounts!” As if that wasn’t enough, my daughter wanting to find a suitable gift asked for a recommendation for a sweeter coffee that had hints of cinnamon. “No!” I’m so disappointed in the disrespectful and rude employee. Shame on you for not learning how to speak kindly to customers after 13 years! You’ve tarnished an establishment that has been nothing but kind to my family and I for the past 15 years.

Great local place to just smell coffee and of course buy some!! They have a huge variety and it's a cool place! Tell em Dave sent ya!
I like this place, but I find the smell of Jamaican me crazy. A little overwhelming. I don't like the way they give you cream in your coffee. Since it's not set out, you have to ask them several times to adjust it to your liking, which makes you feel like you're annoying them. Staff is very friendly. Although it's small. The atmosphere is nice.

Coffee is good and reasonably priced. The sitting are is small but still,a nice place to grab a good cup of coffee.

Everyone is always so kind here & the coffee is amazing. My faves - if you're looking for a recommendation - Jamaican me crazy beans & a Jamaican me crazy cooler, if you're ordering a drink. So good. But I've never grabbed a bag I didn't enjoy. Especially love how everything has a flavor description!
