Not overly impressed. My black tea definitely wasn't black, more chai green. Bacon and cheese scones were nice, but would have been nicer warmed up.
Did not care for this bakery. Could not order a glass of ice water. Only a "water" station (small 1/2 glass) walking up and down stairs to get refill. Had to bring down our dishes. Sandwich bread was very hard. Will not be going back. Only positive.... the coffee batista was great.
Stopped by today for the first time and highly recommend it.
Loved it. Can't wsit to dtop agsin whrn in the Buffalo area.
First time visiting today and can’t wait to go back! Everything was delicious!! It is very hard to find a nice place that checks off everything! Great coffee, amazing pastries with a delicious breakfast menu!! Have not been for lunch but cannot wait! For everyone that says it’s pricey I don’t think that is very fair to say. The quality of food you’re getting is the reason you are paying that price. Which in my opinion portions are perfect and fulfilling. I have paid more for mediocre coffee and pastries at other places. So excited I found this place and can’t wait to bring my friends for our coffee and lunch dates!!!
Best cuban sandwich I've ever had! Fresh ingredients and a perfectly baked roll!
Was taken on a surprise breakfast date and this place was super cute! We went on a weekend and it was very busy with people and families constantly coming in and out. Ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and a latte. Wish the sandwiches were warmed up (maybe we just had to ask?), but overall everything tasted really good. Would definitely stop in again to get more pastries and another coffee!
Just a shout out to Kim the owner. We were talking to her at the Speak Easy on Good Friday. We told her that we get our rye bread at another bakery and she told us her rye bread is as good if not better , so she gave us a free loaf of her bread, we tried it and she was right! We will definitely be back to purchase more bread. Thank you Kim!!
Outstanding coffee, sandwiches, and sweets. I highly recommend the baguettes, peanut butter cookies, and breakfast sandwich.
Went in for chocolate cherry bread, it's on there website. I was told they only make it for Valentine's day. Why have it on the website if you can buy it on the designated day it says
Great wood-fired pizza and burger.
Their food is great but their hours of operation is absolutely ridiculous. They do not serve dinner any longer and it’s definitely needed for the area and the dining in options within east aurora. I don’t know who made the decision to close at 5pm but it does nothing for our town.
Loooved the dal lentil tartine I recently ordered. Hope to see it stay on the menu. It was delectable. Only thing I’d hope to see at Elm Street is breakfast running later. 11 AM feels a bit early for a cut off. Their fresh bread selection I look forward to every week- Great bakery
The prices are outrageous for 1oz of white potatoes & 3 slices of octopus which I ordered, I paid $19 which didn’t look anything like that could be eaten. Very small portion. I am not happy I came here! I even tipped 20% before I got served. I admit that’s my mistake…. I assumed based on good ratings I would get good portion & good quality food. Very disappointing 😞😞😞
Baked goods were fantastic. Party was fun with nice music. Definitely need to go here again!
Been here a few times and we keep coming back! Great food and service!
The best coffee I have had in the whole united states of america. The baked goods where very good aswell. Very nice place with friendly people with even better food
Visiting from Canada and stopped here. Fantastic experience, fantastic service! Food was amazing! My partner and I had the Avocado Toast, we strongly recommend this as your breakfast! Love the cozy chill vibe! We’ll be back!
Really cute spot for food and drinks right off Main Street. We came on a busy Saturday and had to wait in a bit of a line to order and then again to get food but overall was very fast considering. There is plenty of seating and the staff is very friendly. Food was phenomenal, especially obviously the bread in the sandwiches and the other baked goods. The bread had a great crust and just the right amount of firmness to support the contents of the sandwich. Both the Cuban and the Philly were very flavorful and well balanced. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the experience and quality of food. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in East Aurora. 4.8/5 -BJ
My husband and I love coming here for breakfast! I usually get black coffee but here I love the cappuccino. The barista makes the drinks look so inviting and pretty!
