The servant named Richard gave us very good service and was very kind. 10/10 worker-to-customer service

I bought a house recently in the area and I have been extremely excited to try this place. I was very disappointed when I was deliberately ignored and not once looked at. Not sure if it's because I was wearing all black and have tattoos but I feel so disappointed. Everywhere else seems to be extremely welcoming.

A step back in time. We were passing through on our way home to NJ. The food was delicious and large portions. We/ party of 3, had a turkey reuben, ham and cheese panini, and a BLT...out of this world.

The food was okay but not worth the money. Why bother adding four broken chips to the sandwiches, I'd rather have had nothing but the sandwich, then those crumbs. Would not recommend for anything other than the decor.

Love the sandwiches and soups but it’s Really expensive on average 13-15 for one sandwich. The atmosphere is very nice. I just wish the prices weren’t so outrageous.

Big selection of freshly prepared, unique, top quality food. A tad pricey. You order and then pick-up your food at the counter, which can get a bit busy. They used to offer self-serve ice water, which I prefer over high calorie/caffeinated drinks (and I thought it was NY state law for restaurants to ptovide) but now you have to purchase water...humph. Adorable old time ice cream fountain atmosphere still makes this a great destination for lunch.

My husband and I love going to this place to eat--it is so nostalgic. The service is friendly; the food is delicious. I even love how they have ice cream all year long!!!

They have the best food I have tasted in a long time. It’s so nice to go somewhere and eat healthy or hearty…or both! I was blown away, you can tell the food is made with love and that makes a huge difference in taste!

Great place for snacks, ice cream & hearty bites in the heart of downtown Corning! Cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating plus lots of outdoor seating options nearby. We grabbed soups to go and stocked up on snacks including the cheddar cheese spread for our road trip.

A great place to take your family for ice cream! The old fashioned atmosphere is a nice touch and serves for nice family memories! I go here when I visit the Corning Museum of Glass for a midday refresher! I highly recommend their milkshakes that are extra creamy and full of flavor! The only downside is that they close pretty early sometimes. I suggest checking out their store hours for up to date information as I know business can have variable hours.

I love this place! My go-to ice cream shop with kids in tow. Not too expensive and right by the Square so it's a nice place to sit.

A bit disappointed there was no espresso machine at such an ornate old world cafe.
