The best chai latte! Such lovely warm staff who make you feel at ease. The food is phenomenal, soooooooooo good! Dangerously good! Makes you want to go there everyday good. Enjoy the lovely calm atmosphere, it’s definitely a gem in my hometown.
Great stuff. Raven is the heart and soul of this place. Best coffee (and tea for my mom!) that I’ve had in my life. Don’t leave us, Raven! Great Service with a smile.

After my first visit to Willa’s cafe I could not wait to go back with my husband. Once again the service was friendly and quick, cafe is immaculate and tables were efficiently cleaned to get ready for the next lucky patron. I have tried many of their pastries. Yesterday was fresh baked chocolate babka and rhubarb cheese danish. After taking the first bite of each we were groaning and wanting more. A cannot imagine pastries in France are any better than these! Then our smoked trout on a homemade bagel came and the happiness continued. Coffee was amazing with free refills. Also, food is brought to your table, with a friendly smile and our young man was amazing! He had served my friend and I the first time and went and he was exactly the same. Welcoming and happy. This is an hour drive from our home but it is worth the trip to enjoy the nice town and this amazing food!
Best matcha latte I've ever had. Ordered a cinnamon bun just to see if the pastries are typical but I was pleasantly surprised. It was perfect. Tried the new espresso affogato and it was delicious, but definitely a dessert for two. Iced latte was the only downside. The cold foam was impressive, but it tasted like an iced coffee. I think it's because they use regular Planet Oat instead of extra creamy. Too thin to cut through an espresso.
Charged $2 extra to heat up milk in my tea… saved $2 and got cold milk. No problem, but have never had to pay extra for steamed milk elsewhere.

I am so impressed with the food here. "Normal" breakfast foods but delicious in a elevated way. The condiments are next level! Very good cinnamon buns too!

Quite a bit of a wait bc it was prime time Sunday at noon. Had to wait for food&table (order at counter). Besides an encounter with a scary dog at the counter, the experience was good. Unfortunately there was no outside seating on this beautiful day. The breakfast potatoes were a huge hit with everyone! There were several vegetarian n vegan options. Blt was standard. The Granola bowl included lemon curd...
The best place to hit Catskill! Everything is awesome from the greetings upon entering, to the delicious food, and of course, the fresh baked items. Couldn't ask for a better experience anywhere. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything is simply lovely there!!
This is my fifth time ordering lunch from Willa’s, and it was super fantastic and delicious! I had the beet bowl and falafel wrap. This is my favorite place!
Walked in early on a Saturday afternoon; lots of space, feels busy but not crowded - maybe 12-15 customers eating. Great vibe, but a very strange encounter at the counter left me scratching my head. I figured I’d make a note of it, because it provides a pretty clear glimpse at how they/some of their staff actually seem to think about their customers. The guy behind the counter seemed really friendly, but he was quite passive aggressive… He greeted me with “hi, do you need a minute?” Since I’d only been inside for maybe 8-10 seconds, I said yes. Next thing he said was “ok but I need to let you know that the kitchen is busy, there’s a 30 min wait for food.” I said ok, and ordered 2 muffins from the display case. (Editor’s note: they were amazing. The vegan currant muffin alone is worth a trip to Catskill.) I inquired about the handmade poppyseed bagels, of which only 2 were left - which is usually a good sign. He said “they’re really good.” I asked if they had any spread for them, and he said “cream cheese or butter” and then a moment later “but they would need to go through the kitchen.” So 30 mins for a bagel, I said. “More like 40”, he replied. I asked if they had a self serve option, with cream cheese on the side. He said “no, it has to go through the kitchen. Most people are happy to wait.” I’ve had some life changing bagels, I said. But none of them were worth 40 mins. “People disagree, they have the time; they sit down and have a conversation, and they wait.” I was alone and people were waiting for me outside, so I took my muffins and left. That was it, that simple exchange. Nothing more, nothing less. No overt rudeness. Neither of us were unkind or raised our voice. But there was also no offer to go grab a dollop of cream cheese, no suggestion to take the bagel as is and unadorned. Nothing else… and while he maintained a smile throughout, the undertone of his communication was pretty hostile. The spot is really cool and the muffins were so good. But to b

Willa’s in Catskill will not disappoint. The maple lattes are delicious; hot or cold. Their pastries will melt in your mouth. This adorable little coffee shop had us coming back for more and is a nice addition to the downtown area.
The food is delicious, great coffee, and the space is adorable! Went here for brunch on a Sunday!
