Met my mom here for lunch today. We had both never been here before and I'm all about trying different places especially coffee shops and this was a charming place. The food was very good I had the chicken Caesar wrap and my mom's bad the Cuban sandwich. The coffee was good and even snagged some baked cookies on the way out.

Good customer service: they were out of what I wanted (chai), but did offer me a powder version as replacement(I declined, but the suggestion was appreciated.). The 2 sandwiches I have had there were hot & fresh. A little pricey, but it's a nice place near the hospital/medical offices. The coffee smell is amazing!

I had breakfast this morning. People were friendly and the service was fine. Would of been nice if server would have suggested something to drink. The food was hot when served and good. Now the bad part. I was not at a picnic, so I did not appreciate seeing Waterbugs and others crawling on my table or seeing them hanging caught in spider webs in the corner of the window They need to have someone maybe like pest control come in before it gets out of control. Disappointed.

The barista was super nice and a hard worker. I got the breakfast burrito and it was packed even my boyfriend was shocked and it was a 10/10. Cinnamon roll was also great!

Def fantastic food. The girl behind the register was REALLY patient with us as we ordered, and my girlfriend fumbled around the menu. I ordered the turkey club on wheat bread, which comes with an avocado spread as well. Of course, I got side of fries, haha. My girlfriend ordered eggs over medium with bacon. It took a bit of time for food to come out, but it is made to order. It wasn't too long, this isn't fast food, so don't expect 120 seconds. The sandwich was dynamite. I highly recommend it. The fries were perfect, not raw or overcooked. The bacon was fantastic (when is bacon not fantastic, right?). I had a mocha latte as well, which was pretty good. She had iced coffee, and we also added 2 cookies, which were on display. Total was $37, not cheap, but not expensive either. I want to say my sandwich was $13. Her eggs and bacon were $7. Then the 2 coffees and cookies, tax, etc... my sandwich might have come with chips, and we had an upcharge for fries? I'm not sure. Brockport is a college town, but this place wasn't overcrowded w college kids, which was nice. There were a couple of families there and a couple of small groups of 20 somethings. The environment was clean and comfortable. I am def going to go back there again for lunch. I recommend it, no problem bringing children, or not. This was a great find. I am not sure how long it has been open, but we just googled places for lunch and found it online. I wasn't aware it even existed, but now that I know, I'll be back. The staff working there were so nice as well. Great little place, a gem.

Not sure what's happening at this place. It used to better. The layout is now very awkward and cramped, without enough room to even walk to your table without having to squeeze between other customers and having to ask them to scootch their chairs in. Despite the very cramped seating area, there is a large amount of empty, unused space behind the counter (taking up about half of the floor in the dining room). The old layout was much roomier and was more comfortable for customers. Though we dined in, we were served with disposable cups. The server brought our food to us, but didn't provide tableware of any sort to eat with. When we asked about tableware, she pointed to a shelf on the other side of the restaurant and told us to get it ourselves. Of course, with the cramped, awkward layout of the restaurant, this meant having to ask other customers to again move their chairs again so we could retrieve our plastic tableware. It would be much more hospitable, less disruptive, and just plain efficient if the server brought tableware to the table along with the food, as most restaurants do. Lots of paper and plastic waste is generated here. Apparently they do have a dishwasher, since the plates are ceramic, so it doesn't seem necessary to create so much waste. And it's more pleasant to eat food with a metal fork and knife than with a flimsy piece of plastic. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time, was well prepared, and the coffee was good. With a bit more hospitality and consideration for customers, this would be a nice restaurant.

Walked in and sat at the counter. I was the only one in the place besides what appeared to be family members sitting at the end of the counter. I waited and I waited and I waited to be greeted. I finally said something to the person working the register and they said you need to order at the register. I asked them how long they were going to let me sit there for without greeting me and telling me this. I ordered the breakfast burrito which took an insanely long time to make. Once the meal came out, it was given to me with no offering of condiments, salt and pepper and I even had to look around to find my own napkins. Never once did the employee come to ask me if I was enjoying my breakfast. Nor did they ask if I would like any more water. I got news for these folks, you better start making people feel welcome, greet them when they come in, greet them when they're sitting down. Even if they have to order at the counter, Let people know that. I have to say the burrito was very good. That was the best part of my experience. Horrendous customer service. I felt like I was bothering them.

This place started out as a great potential but the last few times I've been there it is a complete & utter mess... food orders are wrong, dirty, bad service with attitude. Not worth it, never recommending it

Cute cafe and coffee shop. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich on a hard roll that was light and stayed hot until I finished it. It was big enough that I could have shared it with someone else.

Rather disappointed again. This time the bagels and baked goods are much less satisfying than one would hope at a cafe. However, I did notice they seem to have a lot of regulars who seem happy. Still, I think I will pass next time.

I called in for takeout on a Friday 5pm-ish and they said the food would be ready in 16 minutes. Sure enough it was ready on time; hot and fresh. The was fairly empty, but some people were arriving. I ordered the Steak Burger and the Rochester Fish & Chips. They were amazing. The fish portion was excellent, the batter was crispy, and the fish was tender and flaky. The burger was, also, very delicious; the onion jam really highlighted the burger. Both orders came with fries, which was too much for us, but they were excellent thick, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. They were pretty good cold as we decided to see how they would warm up. Obviously not the same as fresh, but they sure know how to make a good chip/fry! You bet I will be coming back!

It would be the perfect breakfast spot if I could at least sometimes not get burned, rubbery eggs. It seems that if I ask for them to not be burned they come back extra burned. I'm 0-9 at this point (edible vs brown rubber eggs) at this place.
