Best cold brew I've had. Delightful, chill atmosphere. Welcoming. Clean. Spacious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Don't forget to tip Himothy....they're trying to pay for college.
I go here almost every day. The coffee is amazing, I love how they rotate the different roast's periodically. Yes, The prices can be a little high, but it is totally worth it! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Emma. She always welcomes me by my name and always and I mean ALWAYS has a smile on her face.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of menu. Brownie had a distinct coffee odor /taste which is not stated on menu. Coffee tasted good and was as ordered but half was lost in the car because the hot drink was served in the flimsiest cup I have ever seen. I burned my hand.

Great place to pop in and grab a cup of joe and something delicious to eat on your road trip. We popped in and grabbed a scrumptious salad and a tasty sammy last week and some merch. The girls at the counter were super service oriented. Can't wait to go back to this upstate hidden gem.

Coffee is pretty good. I expected more variety since they roast bean in house. I will go back and try it again. Definitely better than DD.
Great food and even better service! I come in a few times a week to grab some coffee and study and love the vibes in the place. There are a lot of outlets which I really appreciate and the layout of the place is really open. The staff is extremely welcoming and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. 10/10 recommend Batch Coffee!!

Awesome place. Hands down, no doubt the best coffee in Broome County. I mainly go for the coffee beans to brew coffee at home, but if you want a genuinely good, well-made espresso drink like a latte or cappuccino, this is your place. Prices are very fair, in the same ballpark as dunkin, from memory, but the quality of food and drink is a whole lot better here. Don't take my word for it, make a point to stop in next time you're in Chenango Bridge.

Loved it! The food was delicious and they had great vegetarian options. I had a vanilla latte with almond milk and a ciabatta sandwich with Beyond Breakfast Sausage instead of the ham.
This place is not to bad. The prices are a little high for the quality of the food considering the hamburger was a premade patty. The coffee for a medium size coffee was a bit small. I’d say this place is ok,but not my favorite place price wise to go to get coffee or breakfast.
Batch Coffee boasts an impressive ambiance with its beautiful décor and outdoor seating. However, my experience was dampened by the underwhelming smash burger. The taste and texture of the burger reminded me of dollar tree burgers that you would microwave at home - plastic and bland. Not only was the burger cold and tasteless, but it also lacked the defining characteristics of a classic smash burger. It seemed like a frozen patty that was hastily prepared in the microwave. I was left wondering why they didn't use the beer tree burgers, which are known for their delicious taste. Overall, while the setting is attractive, the subpar quality of the burger was a letdown.
My mom just picked up my order for me at Batch, and she asked the barista if she could buy another cold brew that I had ordered because she was about 15-20 min late to picking up the order between traffic, etc and didn't want my cold brew to be warm by the time she got back home, but the barista insisted that they she didn't have to pay for another and that they could remake it for her when they didn't have to at all! The care and service that Batch has blows the any big corporate coffee franchise out of the water. Plus the food is so good! Recommend making Batch part of your daily morning coffee run. :)
I wasn't impressed with my first visit. I expected a full robust full body dark roast and the coffee tasted thin and weak with little flavor. I asked about the origin of the coffee and the clerk seemed confused by the question and told me light, medium and dark. The cinnamon roll was loaded with a brown sugar mixture and frosting and overly sweet with not much cinnamon.The roll was doughy and tasted microwaved.
Disappointed in our visit today. Ordered a large dark roast and the coffee tasted 'thin' as not enough coffee was used, nor did it taste like a dark roast. The local min-mart by me actually has a better dark roast. Maybe it was a mistake, but I won't seek this place out again. Cinamon roll was pretty much brown sugar and icing and had been microwaved. Too bad as it is a local place which I prefer.
One of the best coffee shops in the area. Definitely worth the detour, good coffee and treats here. The place has great atmosphere as well
