Amazing home roasted beans at a phenomenal price for such quality! Chris was extremely helpful. She added a flavor shot and some half and half for the light & sweet mixture that was just right!
The variety of origins, & the roasts, of the coffee offered in bags and "on tap" make it a true coffee destination experience. The snacks are delicious; the gift boxes are thoughtful. The staff are very friendly, helpful, & quick. I highly recommend this business!

Love that AP finally has a local coffee shop! Gipfel's has really great tasting coffee drinks, and yummy breakfast items! Once when I went, they had a banana & chocolate chip bread pudding and it was out of this world good and it was huge! Only gave this review 4 stars because I feel their prices are a bit steep compared to Starbucks or Dunkin.

I really enjoyed going to this place. really nice. comfortable place to sit outside. not much seating inside. It's definitely a grab and go spot. very convenient parking. The quality of their brewed beverages are far above the national chains. I had the opportunity to try one of their chocolates chip scones as I actually watched someone in the back actually make more scones.

Best coffee for miles and miles and miles. They also have cold brew and nitro cold brew, teas, and all types for other beverages. Their pastries are so good too. I don't even like croissants and I find myself craving the ones sold here. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Their going to have something you will love.

I LOVE this place so much!! The perfect place to stop in on a snowy morning and grab a croissant and coffee! :) Gipfels makes the BEST Mexican hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls too...mmm!
Amazing small roaster in the capital region! You'll have to take your coffee to go, but it's well worth the trip to this small coffee shop! Local flowers and other crafts are sold here also!
