Eggs Benedict was alright not amazing same with the Bananas Fosters Pancakes. Freddo Cappuccinos were good. Not a bad place to stop by with friends but nothing mind-blowing
Beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing spot for great food in Astoria, Queens. I would highly recommend this location — everything we ordered was delicious. We were lucky to be traveling during beautiful weather so the outdoor patio tables were out and set as well. 10/10 would recommend!
Me and my friends came here only for drinks and the ambience was very nice, kinda loud but still fun! Have to come back to try their food though. I love the decor outside!

Mother’s day 5pm: they barely have stuff on their menu: no steak, no salmon, no guac and chips and the service was so slow! Worst service i ever had. I chose this place because of the reviews, so i was so confused. The restaurant was like a jungle: so unorganized. Foods took over an hour to come, they never brought the drinks and some of the food we ordered. They said they made a mistake. So while some of us were eating, the others were waiting and starring at us. The food was so greasy, big chunks of avocados in the guac eww Mother’s day is a major holiday they were barely prepared! definitely not coming back. Not to mention that the waitress disappeared, we had to look for her. And they included their $70 tip for bad service Smh! That’s why they are so lay back! Horrible service on Mother’s Day! The ambiance doesn’t match the service, they cannot handle big crowds.
We were sharing a special moment with friends and the attention was excellent as was the food. It was so delicious that we had the waffles again.
Such a fun brunch spot !!! Live DJ that plays great music that will keep you bouncing in your chair !! The waffles are soo fluffy and perfect and the drinks are spot on !! Our server was soo nice and even though it was super busy she made us feel like her only table. The drinks are super cute too
The Grand has great food and the service is fine. The prices are a bit high and the usual crowd turns it into a lounge vibe with loud music and people dressing like they're going to the club. It's a cute restaurant nonetheless. They also have an awesome happy hour that I would definitely recommend - last time I went it was $7 for a delicious sangria (both red & white) and the quesadillas are also super yummy.
Servers worse than turtle . Supper slow I was waiting my green tea for 15 min ( my breakfast came faster that hot water ) to bring my check took forever + it was very slow inside and outside
The manager this Sunday was excellent. He was seating everyone nicely. There was no waiting. The place was packed too. I had a great time with my family.
went during brunch and it gets very crowded. food is overall good and they have a good drink selection. if you like really sweet cocktails, i would definitely recommended the tokyo sangria. it has sake and lychee.
Unfortunately won't recommend The Grand. The cocktails were not good, the food ok and the service not great.
The bartender is nice, and the service was great, the cocktails delicious. Beautiful decorations and good Latin music!

The service here seems to be hit and miss. well in my experience it was a miss we went there yesterday with my husband and sat down and waited over 35 minutes to get someone to get the order.. when we try to catch somebody's attention that they're ignoring us. they wrenobusy tt we're congregating in the corner chit chat and talking ai saidto my husband I'm not gonna beck to get servicetoday so I will went to the Avenue 100% different as going to be my main place from now on
Went there with my wife and ordered 1 beer each with quac and chips.. check was $50 .. service also wasn't good ... Too overpriced No more in my life
It was my first time there. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere was nice, customer service was good. I had the burger, and it came with fries and was so delicious. The restroom was clean! They have 5 stars!
For the first time I was yesterday Easter Day the service was awful many people nobody pay attention finally the waitress name Katherine was horrible service ask many times for coffe nobody show up . The food good the place good but service horrible the waitress was in the back eating drink nobody pay attention at all . Very upsetting . I suggest the manager pay more attention to this situation .
