Drinks tasted fine and they have a diverse selection. BUT, we went on 2 seperate days and they didn't have the tapioca boba either time!?! It's a boba tea shop. How are you always out?

Don’t waste your time and money here! We went after dinner. My wife dropped her cone on accident. The girl behind the counter handed her a wash cloth to clean it up instead of offering a new cone. $4 for a scoop of cheap bluebell ice cream?!! I could have bought a gallon at the store for that. What is it worth for a business to offer another cone to a patron if they drop there’s! It was obviously not worth my future business!

Tea was bland, boba was undercooked and younger staff lady was very rude. I've worked at two boba tea shops, this was terrible and overpriced.

Worst bubble tea I have ever had in my life. I got charged for $6.83 for a Thai tea that's $4 on menu with unknown reason. There is no reason to come to this place. Don't get rip off and it's not worth to try at all even you are dehydrated or craving for sweatness.

Stopped in for some coffee and the kids insisted on ice cream…even though its about 40 degrees! The ice cream is a little pricey but that’s because it’s Blue Bell which is worth it. The menu is limited for coffee but we asked if they could make a mocha and latte. They were willing to make them both despite it not being in the menu and the coffee was delicious! Would definitely come back.

Boba tea was not bad. I said hello to the young woman twice upon entering the shop. She said nothing and looked at me with utter indifference. I heard nothing more than a grunt. It is a nice looking shop, but the poor customer service in the SF tourist driven market may sink this place.

Edit: So I was really hopeful for this place but, more often than not my order is wrong. I'll eventually try them again, and hopefully they get all the kinks worked out. I still stand by my comment to the people complaining about waiting for boba. So happy there's a good boba tea place in town again. Bobas were cooked perfectly. The tea I had was a little too sweet for my liking, but first time there, so will try something different next time. To the people complaining about the wait time. Boba does not have a long shelf life once made. It is made fresh, so if they run out, you have to wait. Duh. Rushing the process will also make it turn out wrong.

Boba was overcooked and sticking together in globs. That’s not how boba should be. We waited over 35 minutes for 2 drinks. I could have cooked it myself in that time. No thanks. Having an accurate time wait is critical for a positive costumer experience.

***SOFA KING SLOW*** Beware before ordering any Boba that it takes 30-45 minutes to make even though they say it will be 10 minutes to make. The store was not even popping with foot traffic. It would of been a better experience had I known how long it actually would of taken to prepare. -To management: Do better to let the customers know how long it will actually take to make something.

Located directly across from Dumpling Tea inside the plaza. The sign outside says "Bubble Tea". I got the coffee boba tea and is was great! Be sure to ask for less sweet if you want something stronger. Super friendly staff.l
