Wonderful, unexpected find! Fun, cozy unassuming place with friendly staff, excellent (not Mexican!) food. Salmon panini, salad and iced Mexican mocha rivaled any top-notch restaurant. Reminiscent of a delightful small town local cafe. Definitely try it. You won't be disappointed!!!
A great hidden gem in beautiful, Santa Fe, New Mexico! Best caprice salad and chicken pesto pizza I’ve had! Great friendly staff, Amy treated us like family. Open all day, fit our constantly changing travel plans!
We were touring Santa Fe today and were greeted with a very warm welcome by beautiful Humans and delicious food. My belly danced with glee as I indulgedmy taste buds with the yummy Italian Bacon Panini and Mexican Mocha. Our fur babies were welcomed with open arms and spoiled with love and treats. Thank you for making our first experience in Santa Fe fantastic and memorable.
Had lunch at this very charming Cafe, the young ladies that worked there were very sweet, and went above and beyond, would highly recommend this cafe
They let me take my boxer in,and they brought him some water and cut up his food,and were the sweetest ladies, I would highly recommend this cafe
Had coffees, a bagel & cream cheese, and my friend had a breakfast burrito. They took great care to prepare everything and it was really good! I would visit this cafe again!
Love this place. Best cappuccino in Santa Fe. Amy and the rest of the gang are a delight.
What a cool find. Was met with the sounds of an accordion lesson when we walked in (how much more authentic can you get at a Cafe that has very Parisian cafe vibes). The young woman behind the counter was cheery and very helpful. The coffee and chai were top notch! Also, who knew pesto on a breakfast sandwich would be so good? Well done Cake's. Your attention to detail, and care towards your crafts and business in general did not go unnoticed.
Lovely place with lots of variety and friendly staff. Got a matcha late with almond milk that blew me away. Service with a smile is always nice. I would t expect this place to have pizza or cocktails as a breakfast spot. When downtown I guess you have to add variety for everyone they really thought ahead. Just wish the music was a teensy bit louder, or songs faded into each other for less quiet pauses and more ambiance.
Takeaway panini that took 18 minutes to make was soggy from the adjacent garbanzo salad juice. And they wanted a minimum 20% tip?
Went to cakes cafe yesterday and enjoyed some amazing food a chi latte coffee. I will be coming back soon enough. Thank you!
Pizza is phenomenal but so is the rest of the menu. The also just got a wine and beer license!
Cakes is amazing! The staff is always friendly and it has a cozy vibe, it’s a great place to study, read or just hang out on a cold day. Plus they are very dog friendly which is amazing!
Good food, chill atmosphere, and played “Goodbye Horses” while I was dining - 10/10, would recommend!
Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that it would be another 30 minutes for food... We walked out.
