Fina is an asset to the Eldorado community. I love the spirit, the food and the staff. Good value too!

We stopped into Cafe Fina on a whim as we were leaving Santa Fe, and we're SO glad we did. We had noticed during the week that the parking lot was always full, and now we know why -- the food was excellent! The portions are generous, the pastries luscious. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the place -- and can't wait to get back to Santa Fe to revisit!

Best breakfast burrito ever. Smothered in green chili sauce. Pastries and coffee were excellent as well.

Cafe Fina is one of our favourite restaurants ever! The burritos are incredible and so is the Southwest salad. The only thing on our last visit that wasn't the usual amazing Cafe Fina standard was the oat milk chai & the cafe latte. They were both way too watery and were served in tall 16 oz ceramic glasses instead of the usual sized cups - the reason for this 4 star review. On previous visits, the latte & chai were really good.

We went there for breakfast and the food was good. The scranbled eggs were really yellow and moist. The hashbrowns were perfect. Large cups for coffee. The pancake had whip cream with strawberry slices and blueberries on it. The syrup was served hot. We went back for a late lunch around 2pm. They gave free pastries that were made earlier in the day to the customers there.

We stopped for brunch on our trip to Colorado and Cafe Fina was wonderful. It was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The staff were polite and helpful. They have a nice menu that isn't super large and offer some delicious looking baked goods. We orderd pancakes and a breakfast burrito. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. If you are passing through or from the area I highly recommend making Cafe Fina a place to stop and enjoy some great food.

If I could give this place 5+ Stars, I would. I’ve eaten here a few times and you can taste the homemade ingredients. While I’m not a fan of the green chile cheeseburger, I’m in the minority. Everyone else says it’s the best they’ve ever tasted. The pies are incredible. I had tomato soup with bread that hit the spot, a delicious rueben sandwich and enjoyed the iced tea and coffee. Overall it’s an incredible place. They are closed on Monday’s. Once you’ve eaten here, you’ll want to return. I’ll plan my trips to Santa Fe around their hours of operation. They close at 3 pm. I LOVE this place. It’s always great to support local and this place is next level.

You can tell this place is popular before you even get inside. Cute and spacious inside. Warm greeting and patience from the gal running the register. She was kind enough to go through all of their flavors for lattes and was just delightful through our order. We got 2 breakfast burritos, one with red and the other with green Chile. Interesting how different these were from each other. The green is more fresh tasting and has a lot of peppers in it. The red was pretty good too, we ended up switching plates mid way through our burritos for variety. You have to get to about the halfway point to get more bacon and to get to the potato. Worth it, imo. We ordered a Mexican Mocha and Vanilla Latte and they were both delicious! This is definitely a "must try" spot if you're in the area.

I really like the flavor profile of the dishes I've had at Cafe Fina, but they are very heavy on the salt! Also, I personally would've loved more broth with each of the bowls I've tried, and not have had to pay just as much for a vegetarian option as one with the seafood or meat (Lemongrass Salmon Bowl, Thai Chicken Noodle Bowl).

Cafe Fina...a very good place. I came here on a cold snowy night just before they were closing. Warm greeting. They served a delicious bowl of Green Chile Stew and before I left one of the employees brought me a large hot cup of tea for the road home. I will never forget it. I eat here frequently.

Never have I ever had a manager come to the drive through window and demand a tip. He made sure to tell me he was the manager and he only works for tips. Yelling NO GRATUITY? NO GRATUITY? Little did he know i had tip money for whoever brought out my bags of food. All of this happened before they gave me the food I already paid (over $300) for. I did tell him i thought he was WEIRD for the whole encounter, only then did he try to give the tip money back. At that point you already lost me as a customer. How embarrassing for this company!

The atmosphere is a little "busy," and thst could be the Feng shui of the place or intentional but the people were so upbeat and the food was stellar and reasonably priced.

Two words: Fresh Comfort. Excellent baked goods and fresh eats. I have to keep giving them 5 stars - wish they still had Corncakes with chipotle shrimp on the menu. When the weather’s nice, eat outside in the back.
