I'm only giving 3 because of the drinks. I ordered 2 drinks and asked the kid with the mushroom haircut for a drink carrier, and he huffed and nearly threw it at me. Sorry but this employee needs to learn basic customer service. If it wasn't for his rude attitude, I'd rate 5 stars . do better
My daughter loves this place but the service is bad they made our drink wrong gave me a dirty look when I told them and poured the incorrect drink in a new cup and gave it to us. The taste of the drink is good but service is not.
Kona Coffee was delicious but I noticed this location either undercooks their boba or over cooks it. It’s always tough to chew through. The Albuquerque locations always cook it just right and they have that nice boba texture.
I was craving for boba tea and bumped into this in the mall. I always get taro slushie with boba. It was good, not as sweet as other milk teas. The service was fast and they let me modified it.
I love Boba Tea BUT they haven't been making it the same. The last 3 times my family and I have gone they are watered down and not as flavorful as they are supposed to be. Pretty annoying, these drinks are not cheap. Not to mention a lot of the new staff are rude and snotty.😔
Solid tea place for Santa Fe. I got the Thai Iced Tea milk tea. Boba is a bit chewey here. Don't feel the need to get half sweet, it's not as sweet as other boba shops. Very fast service. Would go back

I love boba
I take my granddaughter for a boba at various boba tea companies in Albuquerque at least twice a month. She has her favorite that she always orders. This time, we went to the one in Santa Fe. Definitely the worst and slowest customer service. Her drink had to be returned because it did not taste at all like what she always orders. They remade it and no improvement. The blended drinks had chunks of ice. I'll stick to the Albuquerque stores.

I usually get sly chai and it is absolutely amazing. I used to hate boba but my friend showed my sly chai and I loved boba ever since! Great boba!
Coming from somewhere that has a lot of boba places with more standard menus (pick your tea, pick your add in) the weird menu and naming was confusing/off-putting. The flavor of the coffee drink was good, but A LOT of the boba pearls were stuck together making it difficult to drink.
The most amazing staff ever. The manager there is excellent in teaching her employees customer service.

Boba was hard on the inside and the tea wasn't mixed at all. Plus there was no one there.. I had to yell to the back to get someone to come take my order. Worse boba I've ever had for sure
I'm from LA, and the boba tea there is solid. All they do here is powders and syrups. Their kitchen looks like some steam punk fantasy (not good). Lacks authenticity in flavors and is low-key rasict with names like Eskimo and Geisha. Just call it green tea foo.
The teas are good but I go and there’s no boba. No discount. Then they don’t get anywhere close to filling my drinks up to the top. They shorted me legitimately an inch of the top. I have a picture of it, if the owner wants to check it out. 7 dollar drinks to be majorly shorted. Lost our business.
