About 3 months overdue here (Feb 20th), but we had a magnificent experience here. Stephen and Parker, among others, were excellent in their service. We came earlier in the day for a quick beer, then returned once night fell to hang out a good bit longer for some bites and drink. My wife loved her cocktail, and I had two more excellent beers (Lazy Bear blonde and Bad Medicine IPA). Unexpected awesome awaiting us in Red River that day. To cap it off, we ran into a whole host of LSU tigers there for Mardi Gras! Fun stuff indeed.

We tried the beer flight and spirit flight and all drinks were AMAZING. Our sweet waitress kept up full on waters and appetizers during our 3-hour stay at the brewery. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Red River.

Terrible, nearly hostile service. I asked for a very simple, low carb modification to my burger on a very slow afternoon in April (no skiing, no summer traffic) and was served the worst food by an angry bartender (who was chatting to other patrons at the bar about how much he hated his life and job!!).... the atmosphere was so strange and hostile that I didn't eat the food (I'm sure it had spit in it!!), left a large tip (because grace is an example) and got the heck out of that awful place. Next time I take this drive, I'll pack my own food. Or just stay in Santa Fe where the food is excellent and service is professional.

Stopped in for supper, wife and I both had the half order of BBQ ribs, sides of potato salad and bbq beans delicious, as was wifes margarita, generous portion of ribs, must say they sucked, toughest meat I have ever been served, especially for being so pricey, don't recommend the ribs, yuck my dog enjoyed them though!

Was on the enchanted circle driving through Red River and came across this really cool restaurant that had a nice outdoor fire going and just looked like a super cool place to stop in for a bite. Even though my husband and I don’t drink alcohol the food menu looked enticing enough to give it a try. We ordered an array of food off the menu from appetizer's to our main meals with our two teenage girls and we were not disappointed. The brisket plate and the brisket burgers hit the spot along with their in house root beer was phenomenal 😊 Great place to stop in and enjoy a great meal and if you’re a drinker I can almost guarantee you wouldn’t be disappointed as they are a brewery and have a huge selection of cocktails and beers! Enjoy 😉

UPDATE: I spoke with the front of house manager today. She was very apologetic and promised to work with her team to improve the customer service. I appreciate the time she took to make it right for us. Thank you for your care and prompt response to this issue. We hiked all day and were really looking forward to dinner and some beers. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. The food was good so was the beer, but the service was so bad we left without getting dessert or another beer. Plus my husband decided not to get any crowlers. It was such a disappointment.

The prices are high-ish, but typical of a small mountain town. Slow service, even though it was not crowded. The person with me ordered a medium rare burger, and it came beyond well done and was totally dried out. I understand some places do not like to serve a burger that is even slightly rare. But this is confusing because the server asked how my friend wanted it done. My salad was okay, but then, it's hard to mess that up. Very disappointing.

Nice place, best restaurant in Red River, NM. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of beer choices, with good food selection, kinda pricey for what you get. All in all a good experience.

Elevated experience. Great establishment with above average spirits and beer. Highly recommend. We are super stoked to bring a couple three or four bottles home with us. This is the best place in Red River. Visit here!

Waitress barely checked on us, and when she did it was like we were bothering her. Then we wanted to buy some merchandise and all the staff kept giving us dirty looks and when one finally came to help us again we were treated like we were bothering them. In total we spent over $150 here and were treated like trash, I'll never come back here and will actively discourage others from coming here.

A True Western Gem: Red River Brewing – Exceptional Brews and Hospitality I reckon it's high time I shared my experience at Red River Brewing, located at 217 W Main St, Red River, NM 87558. Picture this: a scene straight out of a classic western film, with Wyatt Earp and Clint Eastwood walkin' in, ready to enjoy a fine meal and a cold brew. That's how it felt when my wife and I stepped foot into this fine establishment. My wife has been comin' to Red River for over 40 years, and let me tell you, this brewery is a staple of the town. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the moment we settled in, we were greeted by our server, Modesta. Now, this young lady was the epitome of Western hospitality – welcoming, friendly, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were nothing short of a masterpiece. My wife and I enjoyed a hearty lunch, and the quality of the brews left us mighty impressed. You could taste the care and craftsmanship that went into each sip, and it made us feel right at home. Now, back to Modesta. She was attentive and kind throughout our visit, sharin' stories and makin' us feel like we'd been part of the Red River Brewing family for years. I can't say enough about her excellent service – it was the kind of hospitality you'd expect from an old friend. So, if you find yourself wanderin' through Red River, make sure you pay a visit to this fine brewery. I guarantee you'll be treated to exceptional brews, delicious food, and the kind of service that would make Wyatt Earp and Clint Eastwood tip their hats in appreciation. Red River Brewing has our highest praise, and we'll be returnin' every chance we get.

It was ok, in my opinion, definitely a place to see while you're in Red River: good grub and great beer, spirits and seasonings/BBQ sauces, all made there in the Red River Brewery and Restaurant. We also had their flight of spirits and we chose their home made Rye, Bourbon, Vodka and tequila. The tequila had the description that read, "....we can't call it tequila but it's definitely tequila..." It had a good smoky smell w a hint of tequila and my friend said it was definitely good. Their vodka was good, the bourbon was smooth and the rye went in the remainder of my soda so I wouldn't waste the flight 😆😉 Had the poutine; the fries were the best, needed more cheese curds and the gravey vwas scrapped frim the bottom of thw pan. Their BBQ brisket sandwich was good, too. My friends had the very healthy half rack of ribs and the Hatch chili burger w and a fried egg
