Delicious, smooth and well balanced coffee! The baristas here really know what they’re doing. Really nice vibe inside too 🌸 Get the cold brew!!
Lovely little coffee shop. The lemon blueberry pound cake was to die for!
I would have just give this place a zero star. I bought a mocha with an extra shot, but it was super sweet. This was not a little sweet but super sweet. I gave it back to them and was asked to pay for a new one. I was shocked. I told them that you should replace my mocha without me having to pay you for a new one. The owner was present at the moment but acted like she did not see this whole situation going on. No apologies or any other arrangement. I sit with my family and friend without a beverage in the shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. POOR AND UNETHICAL SERVICE STRATEGY. I have been to many other states and countries and never heard of paying for replacement of beverages or foods poorly made. DO NOT BUY FROM SAGE COFFEE!
I love stopping at Sage Coffee when I drive through Raton, and at times I’ll go out of my way to stop here. Sage Coffee always provides great customer service with a friendly and calm environment. They always have tasty featured items and fantastic coffee that is just the right temperature every time. Finally, their breakfast biscuits are incredible. Definitely worth the time to stop in and slow down for a bit.
Great Coffee and nice ambiance.
Quality of beans is terrible. Most bitter cortado I've ever had. Place is nice though.
Really yummy little spot. Great coffee and staff
Cute little coffee shop on the way from albequercue. Appreciated the gluten free oat bars that were reasonably priced at $3.50 Sadly I don't suggest any of their espresso drinks. We should have tried them before hitting the highway. We had to toss them both out. Hazelnut latte and Americano both were bitter/ old beans.
Passing through town, we were excited to see a specialty coffee shop. Ordered an Americano & a latte and they both tasted horrible. My Americano tasted like gas station coffee. So disappointing. I hope the gluten free goodies makes up for the $20 some dollar purchase.
Stopped in as I was traveling and I am glad I did. Great coffee, friendly staff, decent internet. I was able to take a video call without any issues.
Deliciously smooth coffee and chia.
This place was delightful! Not only was the coffee super tasty, my whole family is still talking about the Cinnamon Sugar cake days later!
Food and coffee really good. I think it was the owner, she was not very warm and friendly, almost seemed annoyed with me and my family.
I moved here from Denver in 2021 and I was so happy to have a coffee shop like Sage pop up. The coffee is *delicious* and reminds me of coffee from places like Wash Perk. The owners are so sweet and the shop is adorable. I love this small town and hope to see more wonderful businesses like this popping up!
So cute and wonderfully welcome addition to Texas-Colorado road trips. More than worth diverting just a few blocks off the interstate for great espresso, friendly people, bright but cozy space. I can make it over Raton Pass now! And I love the mother-daughter duo story. So glad you’re here 🙂
Great place! The lattes are delicious and made with beans roasted in Colorado Springs. The coffee butter cake was amazing! Best coffee cake I’ve ever had.
Cute place, very friendly, enjoyable atmosphere, lots of options with sugar free syrups and special milk
Such a perfect stop for great coffee and a breakfast bite! On a road trip and we really enjoyed this cute coffee shop. They even had some gluten free goodies.
Great espresso and delicious breakfast sandwich! Comfy atmosphere and modern farmhouse vibe!! Travelers stop by, right off the main drag! Skiers come enjoy a warm cuppa!
Great little coffee place. They have lots of flavor choices. The staff was very friendly.
