A very interesting place to visit. It used to be a restaurant, but no longer as of yet. Under new owner, so trying to get it all going again. The gentleman there was very helpful and informative. It actually has a real train compartment inside. They have snacks,drinks and bathrooms. Interesting surroundings!
No gas, no food. Everything has been shut down until further notice. Don't stop for cigarettes... double the price.
Run down truck stop...good for parking... nothing else
This place is a cool stop. The new owners are working to get all the licenses to operate a full diner and bar and fuel. It’s not there yet but it’s an excellent photo stop with plenty of parking and cold drinks to wash the dust down.
If I could give zero stars, I would! So there I was: traveling cross country when all of a sudden, I felt the urge you used tohe restroom really badly. Then this place popped up on Google because it's open until 11:00 p.m.; I would have gotten there at 9:00 p.m.; which means that the place should be open by the time I get there, right? Wrong! I got there and the doors were locked. Talk about the bait and switch trick! To me, it seems that they purposefully deemed their store as opened on Google to lure truckers to their shop. Luckily I had plenty of driving hours to drive to a different location. But still, that does not make up for the inconvenience that truck stop it cost me. And for that, they get zero stars in my book! FIX YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE AND STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!
So we came here by chance. I forgot to put gas in T or C 🤦🏻♀️ they have no gas but it is a cool environment, the ppl are so friendly. Gave us history on the Truck Stop. Half the building is an actual train box cart it's cool, plus the other cool cars etc. It's a nice place this is going to be my snacking grounds stop. They are going to be opening their restaurant/pizza place soon. 🙏❤️
Definitely, a must-stop(especially is you want to see the nihht sky(no city light's around) for truck drivers! Welcoming as can be and have great staff!!!!
RIP OFF HOLE IN THE WALL !!! WOW REALLY SHADY PLACE DISGUSTED WITH THESE GAS PRICES. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. THIS IS SUPER RIDICULOUS ON HOW YOU OVERPRICED GAS TIMES ARE HARD BUT REALLY. TRUCKERS TOURISTS ANYBODY PASSING BY WHO NEEDS GAS ON EMERGENCY AND THESE ARE THE PRICES YOU HAVE FOR FUEL. I HOPE NOBODY GIVES YOU THE TIME OR DAY FOR YOUR BUSINESS SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
Quiet place to park for the night. The employees are awesome and the food is like eating at home. A must stop if your passing through. The outside does not look like much but put your mask on and go on in!

Stopped here for my 10hr break. Been a long time stopping here. Sort of run down on the outside but a quiet place to sleep. Inside nice and homey. Little restaurant is open but need masks. Smelled good. Enjoy.
Very nice and friendly staff. Food is outstanding and taste is superbly delicious. Cook to order, really cooked to order. Fresh taste and it doent taste like that heat lamp food. Staff knows about the area and its history and willing to talk and explain all the culture around you. It is an older establishment but it is very clean and you will not be disappointed at all. Plus for the railroad hobbyists, you can dine in an historical railroad car. Looking to dine here again in the future. Oh I almost forgot, the price for food cant be beat anywhere around.
Looks like a broken down gas station, took forever to pump gas cause they only had one person working and she was cooking in the back while people were waiting to pay for gas.
My favorite place to get bite to eat heading south on 25 and they have amazing desert honey. So good. Its an old train car.
Middle of building is very old railroad car. It's the green with all the rivets in photos. Simple place. Makes food and has basic tables. Restrooms for customers only. Only thing for miles other than rest areas 2 miles south on n/s i25
This is always our first stop when on vacation. We love the Santa fe grill and in never fails to impress! Delicious and very ample fillings on the breakfast burritos! The store has everything and the cashiers are always friendly. See you on the way back!
Diner was closed but the people working here were very nice. Classic , western road trip stop!
It's a nice place, but the staff doesn't let use the bathroom. They have everything else there for you, food drinks, gas, snacks. Prices are a little overwhelming.
