I love love love the employees at this particular location! They're all so chipper and happy 😊😁 Compared to the one off Bataan Memorial. Have gotten my drinks here and there, but we're not perfect and with so many other customers ahead and behind me I'd rather not bother them.
Always an awesome visit. Wish there was online ordering. Other than that every time it has been visited it has been the best

I always love going to Dutch Bros. Everyone is so friendly, we always get our drinks made the way we ordered and so quickly too.
They got our drinks totally wrong. We ordered an iced Golden Eagle with an extra shot and an iced Caramelizer. We got a Caramelizer with an add shot and a sugar free vanilla - both were just awful. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until we got on the freeway.
I usually come here when I feel like getting a sweet, caffeinated beverage to start my weekend off on a high note. They always have cool secret menu items, lots of options. You can customize your own drink also. Friendly staff. Decent prices for the size of the drinks we get. They can veganize your drinks also.
Music is sometimes played a bit to loud as you are driving/walking up for your order. Past that, great place! Excellent staff. Delicious drinks.
Sick and unhappy. I understand you are busy but please get orders correctly. The girl yesterday was about to give us someone’s order. Instead of oat milk I got regular milk in my coffee and I’m lactose intolerant. Been sick for almost 16-17 hrs straight. It’s been hell!!! Keep in mind those orders that request non dairy products they should be done without mistakes.
My favorite place to go to when I’m feeling like I’ve had a long day. All the employees are super cool and friendly. Drinks are delicious and great prices.
Dutch Bros on Main in Las Cruces. Let me start off by saying the young lady who took my order was great. But the car in front of me which I believe is a Dutch bro employee ordering her drink (100% sure she is an employee because she took the order pad and proceeded to type in her own order and hand it back to the young lady who was working outside.) Once this girl was at the window to pick up her order, she decided to carry on a 5 min conversation with the employee at the window while serval cars were behind me waiting. And this was after she had already received her drink. I am contributing this action was taken because I blew my horn at her to move forward as the driver before her had already pull off 30 seconds ago. She knows who she is because this girl kept turning around a looking at me. The young lady who was outside taking orders, I stop her and requested if she can bring my drink to my car since the young lady in front of me at the window had no urged to move anytime soon This happen today around 4:40 April 21 I pray to God nothing was done to my drink. 3000 N Main, Las Cruces NM I'll just go back to the one in Sonoma Ranch
