Took my grandma here for the first time at 1030 am on Thursday the 25th. The staff was shouting about spilled milk, they were gossiping about other workers and the music was fine but extremely loud to the point that we had to repeat ourselves more than twice. Unprofessional, rude and unorganized.
Love it! I get the Hazelnut Chocolate Milk with light ice. It's an awesome drink but must say light ice! If you don't, they give you a ton of ice and no drink. Line time is alright, wouldn't say the best time but other than that, Dutch Bros is my fav!
Coffee is so good, person taking orders at the window had an amazing smile, just easy conversation, first time there,,, definitely will be back.
My number one option for my ice americano, Starbucks suck big time,they are no match for ducthbros
Not great, not terrible. It's always a hit or miss on the consistency of the freezes. Either super runny or just right, never an in-between. Waited almost 10 min to get my order taken at the walk up, then get handed my drink less than 30 seconds later and thought, is there a batch pre-made? Which lead me to this review, as it is like chocolate milk. Nothing about my drink was a freeze.
Love there coffee and the people that work there at Sonoma ranch are awesome friendly and go out of there way to make you feel happy
Cold brew is fine but everything flavored is wayyyy too sweet and syrupy.
Only place I can find so many sugar free options

Without fail every single time if you ask for light ice they’ll water down your drink lol Otherwise the drink itself is fine
My first time here was this past Sunday and then I went the next three days in a row! Love the richness of the Caramelizer I think it's called, the staff was nice, and the music aka vibe was great while we wating. I wish these were on the east coast as I'm just visiting! But I will be making the drive to the closeset one near me, back home I mean.
Be prepared to wait in the drive-through for your selections from a menu loaded with sugary drinks.
Got the only thing I know is on the menu, caramelizer, YUM. Pricy treat!
This is place is good but when they get busy they panic and take forever to make simple drinks & make a lot of mistakes because of it. I was almost late to work because i was waiting for over 30 min for my coffee
I know it's mostly drinks but I look forward to throwing back a cold one every time I see an opportunity to.
I thought that I missed out on a free drink for my birthday had passed but discovered on the Dutch Bros Coffee app that I was still eligible for a free drink. I love it!

Excellent service! I went today 1-6-2023 to this location to purchase a golden eagle. When it was time to pay I provided a gift that was given to me for Christmas, they told me the card was not activated (my fault) they said they will get it for me, at the end the card did not had any money 😳😔, employee explained me the issue and she told me she got me, to pass to the window to get my golden eagle. I really appreciate it. Thank you guys!!
First off the Dutch Bro's staff at 5am rates 5 stars. The crew who works at 5pm deseves 0 stars. The person at the window is extremely rude (asked for my order and just as I started my order they started screaming at their coworkers for a couple minutes.) The window person then went outside to take orders and the person making my drink made it and instead of handing it to me went back to making other orders for 5 minutes. They clearly frustrated that they had to stop making the other orders to give me my drink.
