We went in after hitting the casino in Hobbs and a young lady named Phoenix sure was helpful with our order. We decided to take it back to the hotel and she was so kind about it. I had an omelet cut the sausage bacon and Idk what in order to make a western omelet which surprise...they did not. It was delicious. Steve got his scrambled egg, pancakes and bacon and he was happy. Don't forget to ask for jam or jelly and whatever else you might need . Phoenix we totally loved it and you. Peace from the purple haired lady. 💜
There was a long wait, the food was okay but the service was very good. They were having a really busy morning/afternoon.
The waitress is a five star superstar , think ill be eating there alot more . Love the warm and inviting atmospher, you sure make it nice to go to ihop again ! Ill be coming in more !
No servers. Takes forever to get sat. Awful management.

Our server has a bit of an attitude. Didn't give us time to look at the menus. However, the food was a little portioned but somewhat filling. The food was good though just not enough. Eat at your own discretion.
My wife and I like to start the day with breakfast. The food was good as always, a little cold and slow.
Everything was a wreck, no one in the kitchen to cook the manager was M.I.A. the waitress was doing her best to help but only so much she could do!
Horrible! Sat there over 2 hours! Our food was then brought out but it was not our order at all!
I am not the one to complain, but their customer service was the worst I ever had! Multiple people walked out! The lady took our order. I felt she was confused, so I double-checked with her to make sure the order was correct. Food comes out, and it was not correct! They were walking super slowly, ignoring people walking in rolling their eyes and just very very rude!!!! Do NOT recommend!
Restaurant floors were filthy and our table was sticky with syrup that was not cleaned properly. The waitress was nice.
The service was good, on the other hand the food was not. Everything was over cooked. The hashbrowns were crisped all the way while the eggs were over cooked when we asked for over easy eggs, as well as the bacon being hard.

Did a app call in order and they didn’t even start it till I had been here an hour I’m never coming back
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I mean it was HORRIBLE!!!! There was only one other table (that got there food) and we didn't! I waited 10 minutes to be sat. I waited another 10 minutes to order my food! She then took our order! And we waited 2 hours! And never got our food!!!! Then we went to pay because I got tired of waiting and I payed cash. She then pulled CHANGE out of HER POCKETS and told us she DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE to give me the rest of my change! Didn't use register AT ALL!! If I could leave zero stars I would!! I won't be returning to IHOP anytime soon! I'm gonna take my business to Denny's for now on!
Okay, I hate to do this & im not hating on the restaurant or anything especially because I know it’s stressing looking for workers. The server was very very sweet, but on the other hand the food was horrible. The patty and chicken strips including fries were RAW. Meat was PINK. I ordered a classic burger w avocado and mayo and nothing was added, had to send both plates back and ask for more stuff on the side…She was crying because she wasn’t supposed to be working today, she said she didn’t feel good and had went to the hospital but still had to work because their short staffed. This girl literally deserves a break, you can tell she was stressed.
Went to IHop with my family to celebrate my son's birthday and if I would of known the experience and service we were about to receive I would have definitely of stayed away. First issue our drinks were brought out and we were told we had to wait after they came back from serving someone elses food to get any creamer for coffee...that wait ended being a good 10min for creamer. Then second issue while we waited for our food my husband's drink sat empty and when she came over and I asked her for a refill because he had been waiting for a while she impolitely said well why didn't you call me over then. At this moment we were ready to get up and leave when they brought our food so we decided to just hurry and eat and then leave. So after our ticket was brought out we paid and it so happened my husband and I were in front of the kids to walk out the door when the two waitress began having words with my daughters one who is still a teenager. Well my husband and I went back in and we put a complaint with the manager. Definitely not recommended for friendly service and one of the waiters said welcome to Hobbs so I guess he meant this is how service is expected to be in Hobbs NM. Definitely never go back.
Food wasn't very hot, we had to share our appetizer off napkins because our waitress didn't bring any, or even ask if we needed anything. Had to borrow syrup from the next table over because ours was empty, and again.... She just dropped stuff off and bounced. It is what it is when your kid wants waffles for dinner, but still sad. At least he enjoyed himself. That's really the only great thing about our dining experience. Oh! And my coffee was hot... Thankfully
Need to get more help. Took too long to get meal, only 7 people seated
Not the Ihop We use to have, food, service, & $ prices are out of this world, I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
