Staff seems very annoyed to be here. Don't listen to the customer and they are very rushie, rude, and lazy. Very unwilling to help customers. Horrible service
The staff is always rude here at this location. Super stingy with the veggies it's like pulling teeth to get extra onions.

Went in to get a sandwich and it wasn’t busy at all. Immediately got what felt like an attitude from Garret. There was a man before me who handed him a piece of paper with his order written on it. Seemed bummed he had to actually do his job and make a sandwich. Took his sweet time I couldn’t tell if was literally that slow or just had attitude. Once it was my turn he didn’t even change his gloves!! After touching someone else’s paper. Dipping his gloves in every condiment. Gross. He took his time slow as ever making my sandwich placing my condiments and veggies all in the middle of sandwich. I didn’t hear him ask me if I wanted it toasted and he had an attitude about that. Saw him make my boyfriend’s sandwich and other people walk in so he started making it slower. He asked for green chili and asked for a little more because he just slopped it all in the middle of the sandwich without spreading it out. He looked up at my boyfriend with a dirty look on his face once he asked for a little more chili. If you don’t want to do your job QUIT! There are other people in need of jobs who will do it better. He had attitude, slowest person I’ve ever seen make a sandwich and by far the rudest, didn’t change his gloves after touching dirty objects customers being in, and he didn’t have his hair pulled back, looked dirty just flopping over our food! When you take a food handler class ALL OF THAT IS IN VIOLATION WHAT I SEEN TONIGHT. I’m not one to complain but I’m sick of this generation and their attitudes! I’m sick of the lazy and rude workers. Your getting paid for customer service not to NOT do your job and be a jerk to PAYING customers.
Walked in and Garrett behind the counter had an attitude right away. I watched him grab a customers paper that had an order on it with his gloves and then commenced to making sandwiches with those gloves. He made the sandwiches with an attitude and as slow as he could by grabbing one thing at a time as slow as possible. Then never changed his gloves and made more sandwiches. Came to our turn and well you guessed it, he gave us attitude. Also not sure how you can have long hair and not cover it up while working with food. Not sure why you hire kids who don’t wanna work but I’m pretty fed up with it when we’re paying customers. Sure hope this changes

Employee was wearing shirt full of, what looked like cat hair. I didn't notice until I went to purchase. Now I don't think I can eat my sandwich. I took one bite and spit the second bite out. "Gross!" Please don't let your Employees wear hair all over their shirts when serving at an open area where food is. 😫 This was at 300 E 20th St, Farmington, NM 87401
The food was good. My only concern is the somewhat questionable sanitation of the serving utensils and weather the food is stored in the cold table at the right temperature and the length of time the food is kept there. The service was very good.
No one was at the front when I came in, but someone finally came out from the back. Employee gave no acknowledgement, just stared at me until I was ready to order (I wasn't sure they were ready to take the order because they didnt say anything). Then they didn't pay attention to my order at all so I had to repeat each step. When I paid they processed the payment and then walked off, but my food was still behind the register. Usually they ask if you want a meal, but he just told me the total for the sandwich.

Burnt the sandwich. When that thing starts beeping that means it's time to take it out.
Is a great place.
We paid $23 for subs and drinks but they ration their veggies splitting everything in half and when asked for extra veggies they give you one leaf of spinach and three onions split and rationed to each part of the sandwich which was pretty much bread a little tuna and very little veggies. If subway is going broke close your doors then to charge for very little of anything or just say you’re selling bread. Very dissatisfied and displeased with this location
Fast Friendly and both guys had great eye contact, very social and hard workers from what I saw at 10:50pm and only thing that is messed up and this is not the experience! They did perfect and any store, restaurants, no matter what always should have a Manager on duty but no manager! The Manager left before 5pm and they close at 11pm Monday thru Friday and only crew members working??? That's messed up and that shouldn't be the case period, no excuse! Those ceww member should be commended for working as a team and also for doing what a manager does and they deserve a raise!!!
