The dismal customer service really makes you feel at home. No wonder why this one is always so slow. Next time I want an awkward customer service experience I'll stop by.

We stopped here on our way out of town for breakfast and were not disappointed. We had the breakfast burritos (chorizo one was SO good), a smoothie and a coffee. Everything was delicious and the girls working were super friendly. So happy we stopped here!

Durango Joes was such a cute stop! I was not expecting this tiny coffee hut to have a pup cup at all, but they had one of the best cups my dog has had. She loved it! The human coffee was also great - didn't take too long, good customer service, easy access to the drive thru via the parking lot. They had a lot of fun flavors to choose from and I really enjoyed the coffee I got. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in Farmington again!

I used to make Durango Joe's my coffee stop until the last 4 times I've been here the coffee has tasted completely nasty tasted burned and like they were using rotten ingredients. I'm disappointed very badly.
Got there at closing time. Still received hot fresh coffee.

I'm not usually a fan of chain coffee shops, but the 911 was fantastic and I would have their chai freeze daily if I had one of these shops nearby!
Drive up window only. Very knowledgeable employees. Little pricey but so is Starbucks and I'd drink Durango Joe's before Starbucks anyway. Mountain mudslide frappe with 2 extra espresso shots is awesome.
This is a review update for 20th street location as my original review wouldn’t let me edit. Thankfully corporate was allowed to fix my issue and I’m back to loving Durango Joes ❤️
