The cooks doesn't know how to make simple bacon with out burning or cook thin ham with out drying it out then having the nerve to serve it. Second they are always out of food easier to say what they do have. The person in charge of ordering stock never orders enough and always short. Tge service staff dose best to made do with the lack of management and cooking staff ability to keep stock. Not again will I eat here as deming lacks quality anything food.
I love I hope they make the food just the way we like it! Sometimes they even have gluten-free buns.
Worst coffee ever! It was mother's day... And it was not that busy. Good was meh, service was lacking.
Food was delicious service was a little.
Very loud customer that they ignored that I see in town quite a bit and homeless put on top of that it was not as good as the other IHOP's throughout the state I have ate that
Very slow. Food is good, if you want to wait for it.
Went there on Thursday April 27th to have breakfast & they hadn't opened at 6:30 (chains around doors) Supposed to open At 6:00AM.....wasted trip for me. Just went to Denny's which is a better bet. Who knows, they may have permanently closed. if not, a very haphazard & unprofessional way to run a restaurant‼️Shame on you IHOP, deserve 0 stars‼️
The pancakes were like sponges the sausage felt like it was covered in plastic the chicken was burnt and the only good things were the hashbrowns and the ham very disappointed
Food was ok. It was ok for the time and place. The cook seemed to have a temperament issue and closed the doors early. It was really weird and awkward. Made the whole place just awkward. Will not go there no more.
Still waiting for our food. 1 and a half hours later.
Worst customer service. Food did not come out together. Food cold. Out of what we wanted. No follow up. Had to ask for tea refill.
Take forever to make your food. Waited an hour
Basically inedible. Ordered the Big Steak Omelet with no cheese. Got it home and it had cheese. Had to take it back and have it replaced. Also ordered Spicy Poblano Omelet and they refused to remake it and would only reheat it. Got it all home again only to find the salsa missing from the Big Steak Omelet, the hashbrowns were super greasy, the CreamyPoblano Sauce was missing from the Poblano Omelet, the vocado was brown, and nothing tasted right, including the pancakes. Had to argue with the supervisor about getting the Poblano Omelet replaced, after arguing with the person who answered the phone, after 10-15 rings. Very unprofessional! This location just reopened after being closed for 3 weeks due to a hot water heater fire, and quite frankly, I'm not sure why they even bothered. It will be a long time before we go here again, if ever.
This location has been closed and doors chained. Sign says temporary and that has been for over a month. Haven't heard any rumors as to why. Was seated and waited 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement from a server. Finally left for another restaurant. While there see someone who we also saw at iHop and we simultaneously asked each other "you didn't get served either?" This is not the first time. Management needs to get their act together if they want to remain open.
As of March 5 2023 this place has closed. No time as to when it will reopen
Awesome food, grate customer care
Do not order delivery. Don't order at all. I got a hair in my food and it was cold. Plus we were missing a plate. I don't blame doordash because I ordered on IHOPs website. When I called to tell them they said I could place my order again and get charged again... no offer of a refund or for them fix their mistake. Smh
Clearly the 2 people.on staff in this totally empty store didn't want to be there AT ALL.
Stopped for a quick bite. Good food service was so so but your typical I-hop
Quick and freindly, good coffee and fresh food
