Horrible experience. Do not go
Food was good - our waitress was very good!
I am not the person to post reviews but o man. We waited 10 minutes to be seated that was not bad.The waitress took our drink order which was one Dr.pepper and two Oreo milk shakes & she tells me o man ya'll are killing me (wow).Then to place our order it took 20 minutes which that was understandable because their was more customers not alot but some.Then it took 30 minuted to receive our food & the chicken was almost burnt.
Only people in the whole restaurant and the server got the order wrong, never asked us how our meal was and gave us attitude when I asked where the rest of our food was. Has to stare her down to get her attention but she was too busy wrapping silverware for an empty restaurant than to pay attention to her to her customers. Never asked us if we needed refills just handed us the bill and walked away. Never had such horrible service anywhere in my life.
Place is never open. OR when it is open you go in and they tell you it will be over an hour cause of some reason. Sunday night at 5:30. CLOSED. Tuesday at 2:00 CLOSED. Just shut it down already.
Food came out piece by piece.. all of it was cold.
Is anyone knows if Ihop Artesia is closed for good???
Food was great as always. However there was only one waitress so the food came slowly as she had to get many people seated and get their orders taken.
Took for ever to get sitting, took more than hour get our food, we ask for onion rings and mozzarella cheese sticks and was burn. The manager was rude, not coming back
Sloooow service Atmosphere: nearly empty, school cafeteria ambience. Wait staff struggled by her lonesome self. Food was passable, however quite a bit on the menu was not available and the Wait staff had no idea. Sorry we felt we should have gone to McDonald across the street.
Worst food ever. Food was cold, even after they "reheated it" and had no taste.

Horrible service! Sat in waiting room for 30 minutes before they even came over and acknowledged we were there. It’s just bad experience after bad experience! Done with ihop in artesia!
The food was hot, fresh and looked inviting to eat. The coffee was hot 🔥 and fresh. We just enjoyed the whole experience. The 🚺 restroom was neat and clean also. I judge the kitchen cleanliness by the way the restrooms look. Been doing this for years.
Food was good. The atmosphere was okay. They were out of many ingredients. The waitress was very nice with a good personality though.
Took 1 hour to get our food and it was cold. My coke tasted like straight up water. Pancakes not cooked all the way. This place does not wash the dishes correctly. I think this place deserves 0 stars
One waitress/ manager, sounded like one cook. Overcooked fish and chicken. Green beans were cold. People were very friendly. The one true warning ⚠️ ⚠️ the bathrooms smell very bad. They did not look especially dirty...but the smell. Same as everywhere too few employees. The waitress was very nice, a little off her game but nice.
