I like my iced coffee a little sweet with a lot of cream. Most shops, if they offer cold brew, don't offer simple syrup or to sweeten it for you, and don't leave room for cream. The simple syrup is a particular peeve of mine, I don't want sugar grit in the bottom of my drink because the only sweetener available isn't going to dissolve in the cold. Piñon Coffee House is the first place to get the order right and not give me a hard time about it, and it was a tasty cold brew. The chili cheese scone was just meh, but the bear claw was fantastic. Will definitely return.
Please never get rid of the honey lavender iced latte. It makes my day so much better & I mean just LOOK AT IT!!!!! ♡ I'm obsessed 😍
Coffee is good and this place is nice and quiet!
It was quiet in a sense of no other customers there. The staff were having a good time making drinks, talking. It was a nice time to visit about noonish. I think the patio outside could use some fixing up. They could add an awning, maybe some plants or bird feeders. Make the outdoor sitting more appealing. The time they spent beautifully decorating inside should also be spent outside too. Other than that, enjoyed my time inside☕
The customer service wasn't great they don't treat you like they're happy to see you the guy that greeted me seemed like he just wasn't having the best day probably not the best place to go to get a matcha tea although I am curious to see how the coffee taste and willing to give the place a second didn't really care too much for the donuts they tasted dry and old

I get the honey lavender iced coffee it’s so good I really Recommend it and it’s on the mildly strong side but it’s really good if you put one pack of sugar.
The coffee/drinks here are great! The burrito, however, is a hard no….Rubbery, Dry and flavorless. Stick to the beverages and you won’t be disappointed!
staff are always amazing nothing to do with them. but today was the final straw. over the last year or so all of the pastries have shrunk in size (yet prices raised) but I got a breakfast burrito this morning and it's half the size it normally is - price went up the last two years too. this is a local place so it's REALLY annoying. won't be going back. to the owners- *NO ONE* is holding a muskatool to your head. you *don't actually*have to participate in shrinkflation. you know? you could just.... not rip people off. WILD CONCEPT, I KNOW.

First time trying Pinon Coffee. Drive thru staff, Joseph R. was very unfriendly and unwelcoming tone of voice. Coffee wasn't bad. But due to serve, I'll probably not go back. Do better Pinon Coffee!

Solid location. The coffee is always good and has a smooth taste! Love the lattes although they are quite sweet. One of the best things is that they use frozen coffee cubes in the iced drinks so it doesn’t get watered down and you get your moneys worth.
That Hayden guy really knows how to make a dirty chai. 5/5 would consume again
