Wonderful customer service. The wrong product was delivered. They resent the correct item. Will definitely order from them again.

I am addicted to the piñon latte! Great flavor and not too sweet. Your barista team is always very friendly, too.

Had enormous clump of foreign material that could be bugs, machine oil, who knows. But is what they told me is "flavoring", despite not having gotten their hands on it. Along with multiple blends of coffee grounds, all clumped into a golf ball sized chunk. Was told to go try to return it where it was purchased. No real apology, nothing sent to try to mend bridges etc. Their coffee has gotten too expensive for bad service on top of that

I love my coffee and I know my coffee. It’s the one guilty pleasure I have to drink my honey lavender coffee. We went to piñon coffee on 4th street asked for a honey lavender latte. Go to the window and I received a regular lavender latte with none of the delicious purple whip cream. Tasted it and it was nasty. I kindly asked my husband to let them know it was a honey lavender latte. We hand them the cup back and 5 minutes later they hand me back the same coffee cup with just a dab of purple whip cream on top. We had already tipped them a big tip before we even realized what they did. Had a bad experience with their unsanitary unprofessionalism and laziness.

Their traditional blend is my hands-down favorite coffee. Great as a stand alone cup and delicious combined with other coffee blends. I often layer Starbuck’s Christmas blend with NM Piñon and it’s a great cup of morning joe. NM Piñon is a must-have staple in my kitchen; I even take it on vacay with me!

During the Cov virus I tried purchasing a cup of coffee and a pastry. They would not sell because a didn't have a mask nor would provide one for me. The shop was full of customers eating and drinking with no masks.its a pretty small space. I was already in there the employee rather argue with with me then let me buy what I came for and get me out? I'd live to give NM local my business , but this left me bitter . Use to stop here all the time at various locations now I won't even by a bag of coffee from any retailer. Reality of it is they could've still sold me what I came for she just chose not to. Customer service? I guess it just depends on your appearance , color , gender.

Google advertises this location as having a drive through, it does not. You also cannot buy a cup of coffee here, only bags of coffee. Who has heard of a coffee shop not selling cups of coffee?

Next trip to The Burque, I fully intend to visit this place, from where came the most aromatic and delightfully flavored coffee. Speedy shipping, great customer service. I recommend this coffee and this company to friends and family. They are always enticed by Adobe Morning and Biscochito. They have truly captured the flavors and cultures of this great diverse state.

The shop is awesome! They have their coffees available in whole bean or ground in prepackaged bags or bulk; as well as coffee making tools, accessories and gifts. The customer service was amazing!

Fad. My wife and her friend visited and there was a lot of people telling them how awesome it is. I drink a lot of coffee black. No cream or sugar. This tastes like Starbucks black coffee, Which tastes like they burnt it 3 days ago, heated it in the microwave and then I drank it. Cafe du Monde is a good coffee if anyone is looking.
