Come for the food. Don't mind everything else. The delicious food is the reason to pay this place a visit. Service is average at best. A few staff are helpful and friendly, but most look unhappy and too focused on their side duties.
Was overcharged for a cold, flavorless burrito, undersized turkey sandwich and they forgot my coffee order. This place gets worse every time i stop in and I will not be making that mistake again. mediocre service and even worse food. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere
Good place to go for breakfast before heading into Old Town Albuquerque. We had the eggs Benedict and chiliquilles and eggs. Both came with hash browns that were cooked crispy like we like them. Fresh squeezed orange juice too.
Great food, good service. Full Menu lunch and breakfast. Menu has tones of options.
Local breakfast spot with counter service and ample indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast which was walkable from our hotel and from The Historic District. Would return.
This is an excellent place to eat on route 66 right on Central in Albuquerque New Mexico definitely recommend this they were so kind and stayed open late when we came almost till closing with 20 bikers they stayed open served us
Amazing selection of breakfast food! Great spot if you are visiting from out of town. Staff is very kind too!
I took a friend here. She wanted to know why I think it is one of the best breakfast spots in town. I told her the eggs were fluffy and that is hard to accomplish! And sure enough, she was blown away! Good food, good people! I had the french toast and it was YUM! What else can you ask for ?
Perfect place for breakfast. Opens early. Convenient and comfortable. Great food.
We were greeted with smiles and so much friendliness from all of the staff. The blue corn pancakes were delicious as were the chilaquiles. The manager even added in a blueberry pancake just to try. It was a fantastic experience and we will totally be going back!
Amazing food. Everything is cooked to perfection and the owner is welcoming and takes care of his customers. Highly recommended.
One word. RUDE! I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy my meal. There will definitely not be a next time. This star honestly only goes to the waitress.
Quick service and food was good. Feels like the burrito needs something on the side to go with it.
What a delightful breakfast we had at Central Grill and Coffee House! We ordered the Eggs Benedict and a towering stack of pancakes. While both dishes were excellent, the pancakes truly stole the show – fluffy, mouthwatering, and perfect! We couldn't help but wonder if we should have taken a leap of breakfast faith and sampled their tempting breakfast burrito. Perhaps next time! If you're on the hunt for a superb breakfast experience, this is the place to go!
A tasty place to stop for breakfast. I highly recommend their pancakes and flavored lattes. It is not hard to see why they were rated the best in the city. The service here is excellent. Every member of the staff we encountered worked to make sure we we’re having a great experience.
My fiance got me hooked on croque madames, so I try it everywhere we go now when traveling. It's amazing, very flavourful. She had the avocado toast, the avocado has an amazing twist of flavor. The coffee is good and the bacon is always the best.
We were told 35 minute wait which turned into an hour wait, and were beyond disappointed about the food. Banana pancakes fell flat with no flavor essentially like eating a mushy banana at points without the actual whole banana taste. As for the veggie skillet whole chunks of onion were included. Tossing veggies into a pan does not make it a skillet.
WOW!! So impressed- we had breakfast here and it was delicious. Friendly service! We ordered the huevos rancheros, grilled cheese, and the breakfast plate. All was a 10! Cute environment! We will be going here again!
First time hitting up this Old Town adjacent eatery and it did NOT disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful with us being first time customers; specials were pointed out and favorites as well. I went with the Croque Madame and my partner opted for the eggs Benedict. The eggs were fresh, the ham was grilled perfectly, hashbrowns were crisp yet moist, and the coffee was better than the big chain faves. My Madame came with the zestiest Dijon mustard that really elevated my dish. Ended the meal with a heated up apple fritter from their display case, and we will definitely be returning to the heated patio area tney had.
I’ve been coming to this place since it opened, and out of my 50+ at least times coming here - it’s been AMAZING. Every. Single. Time. I consider it a special treat every time I get to come here. Amazing owner and workers as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
