No transparency about prices. Got a bagel sandwich and a coffee and it was twenty dollars... I didn’t get a receipt and when I asked it was “too late”. Workers were rude. Food/ drinks didn’t taste as good as the prices made it seem to be.
Best breakfast bagels on the island!

Didn’t think I was able to find coffee worse than Dunkin Donuts, but low and behold!

Absolutely nothing special about their coffee and the staff, especially the older woman behind the counter, are very rude.
Price doesn’t adequately represent the amount and quality of the food you get. Coffee tastes watered down and their flavors don’t taste as they should.
I ordered the matcha latte and noticed immediately that something was off. It was extremely sweet and did not taste anything like matcha and more like very sweet fruit punch. The young barista was unsympathetic but the older employee made me a new drink and used matcha powder instead of the matcha tazo mix. The older employee even fought the new drink over to my table. If you have any problems with your order, see if you can talk to the general manager - the newer employees were not very helpful but the more experienced ones will right any problems immediately! The chocolate croissant we got was also very crispy (a little too sweet for me) and the hidden gem was definitely the large almond biscotti!

Food and coffee are fine, but customer service behind the counter is absolutely terrible and they are so incredibly rude.
We stopped in about 1:45 p to grab an Iced coffee while shopping. We ordered 2 iced coffees with oat milk. We walked to the right to pick up our order and the oat milk was warm (along with the almond milk sitting on counter ). I asked for cold oat milk since it’s perishable and they said they didn’t have any ? Just beware before purchasing, would hate for anyone to get sick .

Decent bagel & iced coffee & reasonable for SH
Very cool place, Venmo or cash only, there is an ATM machine. Huge coffee selection, hot, iced, or ground. Small selection of seating options. Usually a line but moves fast. Really good breakfast sandwiches and pastries. A great stop while in Stone Harbor.
Ordered the same thing on different days and the taste is really inconsistent, ordering process with the call in and payment is also unnecessarily confusing
this used to be my favorite place but it’s just gone completely downhill. gave it three more tries after my first bad experience because i’ve been going here my entire life but i’ve officially given up. rude staff, got charged for three coffees and wasn’t given a refund, coffee gets worse and worse every time, watery and inconsistent. cafe noir is the real place to go
The shop is really cool inside, cozy coffee shop. Service was great too. However, the drinks are overly sweet. I got a iced coffee that tasted more like flavored drink then coffee. Others in my group got hot lattes and they too had too much of the flavored shots.
Great, cozy little place for coffee and egg sandwiches as well as sweets. Some outdoor tables and a nice shady spot to sit and eat in the shade out back where there are some cute shops.
Watery and unimpressive. Tried drip and cold brew-both off.
The women serving us was kind of rude. The customer in front of us asked if they had a certain type of bagel and the women said that the menu was right there. Indicating that she wasn’t going to answer the question and that they should look at the menu them selves. Additionally, when i ordered a plain bagel with butter, i got back one with cream cheese. When we tried to get it redone, they were out of plain bagels. But, the chocolate muffin was ok.
