damn expensive for my budget & compared to other local coffee shops. but if you're looking for a great coffee, look no further.
Last Saturday (3/25/2023) we went to Bliss along with another couple who are also our family friends. My wife asked for extra milk in her drip coffee twice to suit her taste. The lady on the counter was rude and said let me tell you if you need more milk then ask for Cafe Latte and she rubbed in by further adding that Cafe Latte has 20% coffee and 80% milk. Upon hearing this and in a rude tone, my wife explained last time in another shop she ordered the same coffee with extra milk, they served it to her taste. Further my wife apologized saying "I am sorry if I troubled you by asking extra milk" the server with a vengeance replied back - no it wasn't a trouble but I was trying to "TEACH" you. Seriously!!!!! All this conversation was loud and across the counter and heard by everyone in the shop including our friends. My wife felt very bad. Same thing could have been done in person and politely. Amazing fact is they have a poster that says "Work Hard and be nice to people". Their actions did to match up with their credo. This is a perfect case of hypocrisy. I have been to many places and I generally rate them very high. This is one place that epitomizes rude and rash behavior and trash talk.
Owners and staff are nice and sweet. I only have coffee but is tasty. I am not Brazilian but more Brazilian treats please! I think you should introduce people to, um , I think it is spelled coxinha. Also pastel aka Brazilian empanadas. I don’t want to get them in trouble so I’ll be cryptic. They allow “customers with more than 2 legs“.

Good coffee lounge, decor and ambiance are very nice, great selection of coffee, food, pastries, etc, worth the wait if there's a line.
Such a cute place! The ambiance is perfect for gathering with friends, a date, or even just to get some work done. Drinks and food are delicious and the staff is lovely. They even do open mic some nights!
Had a great new drink (Chagaccino) and the staff was super friendly! Ambiance is lovely and very happy to have a place like this to come hang out at.
What a wonderful place. The coffee, tea and other drinks are made with love, the foods are done to perfection and the owners are very pleasant. If you want something that is more personal than a StarBucks or another cafe, this is the place to go. If you are in Somerville NJ take a bit to stop by and enjoy the Bliss Lounge.
I've been going here for a few months now and would highly recommend it as a coffee lounge and general place to relax or work. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is mellow, and there's ample seating and lighting. Its a great place for meeting a friend, reading a book, or doing computer work. The coffee is excellent, well sourced and batch roasted with hand-crafted and unique options (I recommend the Downtown Dulce). You can also order actual meals and they have a small selection of delicious desserts as well. Something to note though, this is a much more relaxed environment than your typical Starbucks. Its more of a sit-down and hang-out place, and not an in-and-out in three minutes sort of place. It may take just a few minutes longer than average to get your coffee, so if you're in a rush just order ahead online. But its one of the most interesting and niche places in Sommerville and if you're visiting Main Street, I highly recommend you start your day with a trip to Bliss Coffee.

When I arrived here for breakfast last week, there was a gentleman waiting for his meal. The curvaceous young lady that works here came out from the rear kitchen and placed his breakfast on the table where he was seated. She then went to collect cutlery and napkins for him and returned to his table. Normally, you have to get up and grab your own. When my meal arrived, I had to get up to retrieve it, and there were no utensils or napkins. I tip between 20% and 30% of the bill even at Starbucks. It is unpleasant to be treated differently as a woman customer just because you are seeking to get the phone number of a client. This trend can also be observed at other places. It is not just here. It was v ery rude, and I will not return.
Amazing place to go for your coffee needs. The cappuccino was delicious and the taste ive been craving for weeks. The breakfast flatbread was out of this world in terms of taste. It was so flavorful, was expecting something good but i got something great. Cant say enough great things about my experience and the flavors of everything. Will be a repeat customer. Actually ordered another cappuccino before i left. Highly recommend

Cute little shop in historic little downtown. It’s the number 4 Coffee shop within 2 blocks. Clientele seems quite loyal to the local business. I have yet to discover the favorite drink as a $4 regular coffee has been hard for them to serve consistently hot. I still visit them and my daughter is fond of this unique coffee shop.
Such a cute coffee place. I tried their tiramisu latte. Tasted exactly like the dessert. A little too sweet. Ambiance was great. Nice place for a quick bite to eat.
The food is amazing and the ambiance is amazing! I've been here a few times to just pop my head in. However this is the first time I stayed without it being my lunch break. The service was perfect and the food was so fresh. My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves We will be back soon
