the coffee in this place is amazing
We catered breakfast for a 3-day event and the staff and owner were INCREDIBLE - so kind, professional and accommodating to our needs. Everything was done with care and the food was incredible.
The Best Damn Muffin I’ve ever tasted. My tastebuds still tingle when I think of that first bite 😻 ORANGE CRANBERRY MUFFIN , I’ll be back on my next cheat day for you my sweet 🤤

Cool place with lots of options! Plenty of space to sit and the staff is awesome. Espresso is pretty good. Granitas are great in the summer. They also have a pickup window which is convenient on the run and a cool art gallery located next door that is free and open to the public.
Wow!!! Wandered in here when we had an unexpected layover. The coffee is great. The people are even better. Everyone is so kind!!! And then we had the beignets. So delicious! You have to stop here.
What a great experience, the gentleman behind the counter was there by himself and he was running around making sure everyone was helped. Coffee was great and scones were warm and tasty. Thank you !
Omg this place is LOVELY - the food, the drinks, the clean environment, and most especially the STAFF are all wonderful! The next time I come back to Newark, I’m definitely stopping by (hopefully they still have beignets!)
Came for a university commencement at njpac. Line out the door with 2 staff. Great customer service! Staff were calm under all that pressure.

Found this gem by accident-it was a great turn of events!!! Delicious. Coffee fresh and many different options as well as the normal ones. Cinnamon bun was warm and incredible. Cold brew coffee perfect. Barista was so nice

Got their gingerbread Latte on their 2nd opened day...it had a weird after taste, would not recommend. Have not tried anything else yet. The place looks really nice 👌

Had a wonderful experience at PJ's coffee during their grand opening , scones were amazing and staff were super nice. Very colorful decorations.
With spending $5.50 for a hot drink, it would be nice to hear “Please and thank you”. A smile when serving would also go a long way to encourage customers to return.
Amazing customer service and unique coffees!! PJ’s is a chain, but this place feels local thanks to the incredible team that runs it. Shout-out to the owner Batic! They listen to customer feedback, and I feel like they’re always supporting local events. I recommend trying the New Orleans-inspired flavors (praline, anyone?), and run don’t walk to get the pastries there too!
The chai tea latte has no flavor whatsoever, just tasted like warm milk. No sweetness from the latte and no masala spice for the chai, just milk. The iced mocha had bad coffee flavor, weak espresso flavor and not much mocha at all. The menu online was inaccurate to the menu instore only 2 sandwiches availbale instore from the many offered online
