Amazing coffee and employees!
I so want to support this place but there literally is only 1 person there who knows what he's doing and when he's not there my coffee is ALWAYS wrong. Between inconsistent opening times and incorrect drinks, even when you ask them to fix it they still get the simplest requests wrong that a properly trained barista should be able to do. Some major training needs to happen here and better management. So sad because so many possibilities.

I walked in, there was no line, and a few customers were sitting at tables drinking their coffee. Stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited some more. 5 minutes pass, I ask the customers if anyone was there and they said, yes, but they had no idea where. No one had ever appeared or spoken behind the counter. Since I had an appointment, I had to leave. I went to Starbucks in Chester instead and was quickly served deapite the very long line. I want to shop local, but things like this are exactly why people don't. Inconsistent service - if any - no quality control. Sure some people take pride in their work at a local shop - but my Starbucks barrista does too - and I actually got coffee there rather than wasting my time at Simple Coffee. I have no idea how you think you can compete when this is your idea of service.

Smoothies are delish and the staff I super nice and helpful! I tried the Green Mango Tango and Banana Bread smoothies.
Super convenient, extremely friendly staff. Coffee and smoothies are wonderful. Baked goods are fine.
paid $10 to wait for 20 minute for 2 cups of lava hot milk w no coffee. i guess that’s what they call a cappuccino.
Most horrendous coffee ever. Both my latte and husband's regular coffee tasted bitter and like they were seriously made with dishwater or worse.

A coffee place that doesn’t open before 7am. Okay, I work an early shift and have on 4 separate occasions been waiting for them to open at 7:00 only to have no one ever show up. What’s the point? Coffee is only a 5/10 at most anyhow

Worst coffee I've ever had tastes like watery milk. They messed up all 4 coffees. I've been here before years ago and remember it being bad, guess they haven't figured it out yet.

Just had the raspberry chocolate ice blend. It was delicious and the person working the countess pleasant. Unfortunately there’s better places around.
