I suspect there is a change of ownership as I have been to this place over the last many years but the quality of the produce use to make their drinks is not fresh.

Ordered the coconut combo with coconut milk substitution instead of coconut water from their menu in store but they gave something different. It seems that their menus are not consistent because checking the menu online… It was some sort of nut (lotus seed) and no lychee inside it.

I go here whenever I am in town. It is my favorite bubble tea place in south jersey and i never not had a great tea here. I love their fruit teas but everything on the menu is great and they have a wide variety with a lot of toppings to choose from. Ive never had the food but the drinks are always great. They have a good reward system too. The place is always clean and the bathrooms are nice also. The staff is nice and the dine in area is welcoming. The music is mostly good but they use a cable channel so it depends.

Best boba spot around! The coffee is my usual go to but the combo yogurt (with boba) is a close second. The interior has seating so you can hang out with the family or do some work. Great music playing inside. Staff has been nice and when I ordered the wrong thing they made it right.

Do not get the strawberry milk tea! It tasted like straight up lidocaine and was not pleasant at all. This was suppose to be the best shop and it was not it. She is not giving the vibes she was suppose to give! #lidocaineDrink

I had to edit my rating because the drink quality has gone down. Usually my drink was very good everytime. I loved it here. But the last few months the one drink I get everytime I go there is made different now. It never tastes like it use to. Today I got my sea salt foam oolong tea and there was barely any foam. I'll still drink it but even if I don't like it there is a sign now that says no refunds or exchanges so its not like I can say anything anyway

UPDATE: they now have indoor seating 🤗 Service is very nice, no indoor dining. The drink was good I got an iced coffee which I asked to be blended but was omw to work so no time to be a Karen about it. Although I liked the drink I would feel like for $8 I should have the option of sitting in or more Starbuck like experience for the price.

Very good drinks with a large variety of options available… but, make sure you check that you have enough money in your bank acct first!

Imagine driving 20+ minutes to come here only to find they decided to close half hour early. This is a normal occurrence here. But the drinks are good. Seriously guys just change your listed hours of operation and stop lying about being open until 9pm.

I had a salted caramel iced coffee with boba. It was good but the only complaint I have is that the crushed ice interferes with the boba balls in the straw.

Used to be my favorite place with great atmosphere but first time there in a while and it completely changed. The boba was hard and kinda dry? Not sure how to describe it. The mochi ice cream was good but u only get one for the price which isn’t on the menu anywhere. Macaroons were definitely the best thing imo. And the general atmosphere was just off. The employees I interacted with seemed kinda sad/annoyed to be there. Spent 15 on regular size black tea, 1 macaroon pack and 1 mochi. Bummed bc its the only boba place in the area rlly. Definitely wouldn’t return tho :/

First, my daughter loves stuff from the shop and will probably continue to go there. I personally, will never spend another penny in that place again. They have horrible costumer service. It wasn't the kid at the register, or the older man that came out for what I guess is moral support, it was the woman that came out of the back very aggressively. It honestly was a misunderstanding that went wrong. I have had tazo brand passion tea many many times, so I guess I was thinking their tea would taste similar. So when I stepped outside and took a sip and it tasted completely different I thought I was given the wrong thing. I thought it tasted closer to peach or mango. I guess it is my mistake thinking fresh tea would taste the same. So I went in and talked to the kid at the counter and said I think I got the wrong thing, it tastes more like peach to me. He went in the back and all I could hear was a woman fussing that "it is passion tea". Then, the older man came out from the back and stood off to the side looking at me. Then, the kid came out and handed me another cup of the same thing. Then that woman came out of the back metaphorically swinging. She started right away aggressively, "that is passion tea I made it myself." I said "I'm sorry it tasted more like peach to me" (Me thinking of what I know of passion tea.) She said to take the new cup I was given. I asked if I could have black tea instead. She said, "I already made that for you. You should have said that when it was on the way back." I never asked to be given another cup of the same thing or to be given anything else at that point. I thought the kid was just double checking if it was passion tea. I figured either he would come out and say it was a mistake or explain it was not. I, as politely as I could, stated that I didn't like the taste of the tea, could I just have a black tea instead? They could have said, well that will be whatever dollars and I would have accepted and bought it. Instead the woman just

My favorite place to stop for a tea or smoothie, never been to another place as good. I usually go once or twice a week. Update - They have expanded, and I have been coming here for years, always good, still my favorite place to stop for a variety of drink options. Smoothies, fresh fruit teas, coffee, and snow ice, all my personal preferences and no one does it better! They also have milk teas and some food options.
