Heads up, the hours posted on Google do not appear to be correct. I've been by around 7:15 am the last two weekends and it's been dark.

Food is decent, coffee is good. Service is comically horrendous. Wait time is absurd - most likely between 40-60 minutes for something as simple as a buttered bagel. I took to only ordering ahead through one of the apps, figured it would be harder to screw up, but this is Bean Street: if there's a way for them to screw up your order and your morning, they'll find it. The incompetence with which this place is run is evident in everything they do and I look forward to the day when this place is finally taken over by someone who knows what they are doing. Update: This place is still garbage. Do better clown.

All these bad reviews because of long wait times. Entitled much? It's comical. You all are just a bunch of Karen's. How about you apply for a job there then and help out? They are obviously short staffed. The food is great and the people who work there are friendly.

Quaint. Did not realize that the coffee was self serve... Pretty odd for a coffee shop.

Really disappointed with this place. They make you make your own coffee like Wawa, no attempt at service. They just assume you know you have to make your own stuff. They even use k-cups like we have at home. Food was nothing like their pictures, very basic but higher prices than big chains.

Bagels and cinnamon roll is very tasty. The service was alittle on the slow side though. Even with that being said I will still return for there bagels.

Just left bean street after ordering a Rueben. First they called to tell me they were out of corned beef, do I Mind turkey? I’m pretty easy going so I said yes. I pick up my “sandwich” bring it home to find it on soggy white bread, old turkey that was brown (definitely not edible), a pinch of sauerkraut, no dressing … I won’t even let my dogs eat this. Stick to breakfast bean street or start closing at 1pm, lunch is not your strong suit .

I really don't understand the bad review. Extremely friendly & attentive. As someone who works in the food industry I tend to think some of these bad reviews are coming from people out of touch with the current state of the industry. Prices are VERY reasonable. I got 3 breakfasts for $30 before tip. The food was delicious. People really need to start being understanding. We will certainly be back ❤️

I order from here all the time, usually 2-3 times a week and I have zero idea what these reviews are talking about. Every time I order they tell me 15-20 minutes and it’ll be ready and great when I get there. Sometimes I even show up too early and it is still ready by the time I walk in. The sandwiches are always full and tastey
