Really nice people.. but they do under poor .. but 20 times better than Starbucks

First time here - nice people and good service. Coffee was OK - nothing special. Quite busy, but wait was short.
Great coffee shop in a historic train station. Beautiful architecture. Coffee was quick, reasonable and tasty. Would definitely go again. Would recommend for a commuter or a traveler or just a visitor that is in the area. Can even order ahead for pick up.

Not very busy but waited 15 mins for a black coffee. Didn't even get it as the staff was like totally like talking about like stuff. Then they started making an online order and the train came and I didn't get my coffee. She offered a refund but how am I to get my refund when the train is pulling out? Not even that good of coffee (had it before). At least I made the train no thanks to rook
Nice staff and cool location but a coffee shop with no espresso machine…? Also don’t go here if you care about the earth. They don’t accept reusable coffee cups (but sell metal straws 🙃). The CDC says there’s no sanitary issue using reusable coffee cups but I guess Rook knows better than the CDC.
there is no work schedule, on Friday it was closed around 5pm, there was an employee inside, about five people came in half an hour. There is no work schedule
Takes over half an hour now just to get your order. Horribly and persistently under staffed. Great coffee and great staff, it’s just mismanaged. Just not worth it anymore. I’ve lost 3 or 4 orders now because I had to make my train.

It takes a long time to receive your order, you have to order about 20 minutes before your train arrives, and when they call you to get your coffee, your order came wrong
At 6am waiting for a train in winter, this is a lifesaver. Just beware there is no bathroom.
Very good coffee. Good workers. We’ll kept and clean. I’ve always gotten my order very quickly. A very good place for on the run pickups.
