What time does Gloria Jean close? It says 7pm but worker said they are closing around 5pm and not serving coffee. Please update your hours! Update: Thank you for the verification. hopefully hours are reflected soon. Changed my 1 star to 5 stars.

Just review the camera at 2:34 see how rude is the manager I asked her to give me a lid for essepreso coffee because am driving an she Refused ( we do not have ) l asked her again to but it I big coffee cub she refused again Then I told her to void it , she said now I can . Before I asked the other Clark to give me an ice water then she force him to dumb it . Just review the camera and see her attitude.
The drinks and food is good here. Service is nice.
Extremely great service and the drinks here are superb! I recommend you try their iced hazelnut latte!

We went two weeks ago on a Saturday morning when they first opened up. We stopped in before our marathon shopping day for President's weekend. The five stars is for the very polite and friendly young lady making the coffee and warming our muffins. The coffee was very good as were the muffins, I had blueberry crumb and my hubby had corn. The price tag will give you a little sticker shock but the owner should appreciate the young lady running things for them. She gave us very good service and made a pretty cup of coffee.
Got an iced decaf. It looked and tasted like mud. The clerk told me it was ONLY 4 days old. Made on the 24th. And that they have standards and this is considered fresh and perfectly fine to serve. I told her coffee doesn't stay fresh when its even 1 day old. She told me I was incorrect. Haha. I know I will never go there again and I hope you won't eithe .

being a full time worker on the weekends, i’m so glad this place is finally here. their coffee is so good. deff would recommend grabbing a cup if your shopping in the outlets
I can’t believe that it’s 5:30pm they close at 9:30pm and the girl that it’s working now there, said to me that she can’t toast my bagel because she turn off the toaster machine three hours before close time, because takes her an hour to clean it and also it’s emptt the place “, like not bussy at all, so she use the microwave so the bagel sucks, the excuse, “that it’s by her self, but it’s death here, I work customer services too, that’s been lazy, so I don’t know if it was the microwave but I don’t like bagels in this place. 👎
