Poor service and atmosphere , NO prices listed and you have to ask for prices for every item

The food is way over priced. $14 for a turkey BLT, $2.50 for a .50 cents bag if chips and $2.50 for a bottle of lemonade. Omg what kind of rent is the hotel charging them.

The coffee we got were okay. But I felt being discriminated as I was the only one that was asked to show the receipt of the items purchased. No one before me were asked to show the receipt (at least 3 drinks and 2 food items I saw). We were waiting for the last item of our purchase. When she said the beverage name, I was the only one to get it from her. So there was nobody else waiting for the same thing. Not returning.

You can smell the wonderful coffee all the way down the hall! Ordered a coffee and omg delicious! I'm not quite an avid coffee ☕ drinker per say, but I do indeed drink coffee, love, and enjoy it. I ordered it more than once, and it's fantastic every time! I brought a friend who somewhat loves coffee, and my friend told me it's fantastic! Customer service is fantastic and knowledgeable about the cafe's products. The service is great as well. I hope it's always that good for centuries to come, and even forever! I'm so grateful to Caesars Casino, Cafe Tazza, the staff, and to the management! I didn't take pictures of my coffee, I drank it. Easy 5 stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

We are on vacation from Ga and every time we walk downstairs we see the pastries. We got cinnamon , carrot cake and tiramisu! Both the cinnamon and carrot cake tasted like it was from a gas station. It was awful. $8 for a cinnamon roll . Don’t buy anything but drinks here! Waste of $30 The pastries are not fresh

Decent bakey, probably the best along the boardwalk. The canolis would be better if they were stuffed to order. When they sit stuffed the shell gets soft. The Strawberry Shortcake was average, good, just nothing special. WHEN IN ROME.

The food is, ok. Great hot/cold coffee Selection. They used to be 24hrs, but as of this review they have limited hours. They are open until about 2 to 4 am from what I heard. Call to check hrs.

Over last 10 years, wherever we have been to Caesar’s, we have stopped by this store for some reason. They have excellent collection of bakery goods, desserts, ice creams, hot and cold drinks. They have deli sandwiches too but I have never tried them. I do love their ice-creams and bakery foods. Their stuff are pricey, 2x-3x compared to a suburban store, but its the premium for being inside Caesar’s. They are a lifeline for a lot of casino and hotel guests, during early morning and late night hours. I hope they keep doing well and remain open for a long time.

Stayed at Caesars for the weekend and decided to stop here for a quick bite before hitting the road. Saw they had a breakfast sandwich menu option so decided to try and order a bacon egg and cheese on a wrap. The lady tells me that sorry that wraps is not an option…. OK, there’s clearly pre made sandwiches with wraps in the window for purchase, but ok…a wrap isn’t on the menu to be made. Fine. I then asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with salt pepper ketchup. ( A Jersey staple) The SAME lady proceeds to tell me that salt pepper and ketchup are available at the condiment station behind me. SERIOUSLY? How freaking hard is it to put salt, pepper, and ketchup for me in a sandwich that you are about to make for me. I get my sandwich and head to the condiment station and Lo and behold there’s no pepper. I go back and THIS SAME LADY goes to where my sandwich was made and grabs a handful of pepper packets. So now not only could the salt pepper and ketchup be added to my sandwich, I’m now expected to go and restock it for you. The complete and utter laziness of this employee is mind boggling. As I turn around to go place the pepper packets in the station, I hear a customer ask for an extra cup and a lid for the coffee she just ordered. Another worker says sorry, we will have to charge you for the cup. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! CHARGE FOR AN EMPTY CUP AND A LID?!?! This has to be a joke right? I will never, ever, eat or buy anything from this place again. I highly suggest you don't either. Ceasers should seriously consider putting this place on undercover boss. Terrible
