Terrible expierence frozen hash browns on almost every visit. They never answer their phone. Employees are great to interact with but the food is not so good. Coffee is extremely bland. Not pleased with customer service.
Easily the worst Aroma Joes around. Always out of everything and the coffee is always subpar. I’d suggest the Hooksett location. I used to give this place a 2 star but it’s somehow gotten even worse
Nice quiet place. Met some friends, sat on comfortable sofas and had a relaxing chat.
Ordered a latte but the taste was miserable. Could not taste the coffee at all. Its a shame that the entire cup of coffee had to drained.
The drinks are great and the staff is always super nice! I love that about this place! I do wish it were a bit cleaner. There are a lot of flies and dusty unwashed surfaces. It makes me wonder how clean things are that I don’t see. I also seem to wait a long time, whether it’s busy or slow. Most recently, I stood at the cash register and waited for the cashier to count all the coins in the drawer before taking my order, with a line of people behind me. I don’t think the staff has a sense of urgency getting people in and out quickly. Usually I’m not in & out at this place. This is my neighborhood coffee shop, and I love coming into the friendly environment and the great coffee! I also want to support this place since it’s an owner-run franchise! But I wish the cleanliness and staff’s sense of urgency could be a little more on par with some of the other nearby coffee shops.

Come here from time to time. Feel like the staff do their best to keep traffic flowing as it's always busy here. Always a good sign when you walk in and ask a them to get creative and make a AJs rush. It's like 5 of them go nuts to make something unique.
The ladies are always so helpful and nice.
I love aroma Joe's but I went In to this location recently to order my coffee instead of the drive through. there were flies everywhere. the service was great but I couldn't get over the amount of flies that were inside. I honestly was waiting for one of the employees to notice and say something but they didn't seem to notice/care....
Love it here. Christian always has a smiling face and positive attitude. I hope aroma joes knows how lucky they are to have him as a representative of their company.
Super-friendly service, and the coffee and light meals were good. I'd happily stop at one of these again, if I saw one next time I was looking for a coffee shop in unremarkable suburbia.

By far the best aroma Joe's around. And I used to go to the OG location in Somers worth when they first opened.
Love this place but they really need to add speaker to the drive thru they would be able to move cars through so much faster
They must do personality tests when they hire because their employees are great. They always give you a real smile...nice

Best breakfast drinks and sandwiches. My favorite drinks here are the AJ's RUSH energy drinks, all the flavors taste great!
These guys are slooowww. It takes them forever to make the drinks. And no matter how many times I order a 16-oz drink, I always get a 20-oz, which I pay for and never finish. Not sure if they're told to ignore the 16-oz orders or if they just aren't paying attention ever. And my daughter says it's not as good as it used to be. The lattes aren't as strong. My son likes the rush drink though. Also, a tad expensive. I paid $11 and change for a 16-(no, make that 20-oz) latte and a 20-oz rush, which is typical, but too much for coffee in my opinion. To be fair I only come when I'm with my kids. I don't generally make a daily habit of buying coffee.
My first time going to an AJs but the iced coffee was great and the staff replaced my iced coffee with decaf after I forgot to specify in my order and already walked away with them. No charge.
The service, employees, as well as beverages and food are phenomenal. Where else can you get a Marshmallow FroJoe with graham cracker crumbles, coffee, and whipped cream — in a slushy? I want S’more!
