It's a good shopping experience, with a pretty great selection. Their prepared foods are the weak link. If I could make one change only, it would be to replace whatever terrible salad oil is used in their salads with the Ariston Greek olive oil they sell in the bulk isle. I've literally had to add various flavors to things I've bought here to make them edible (by me). Also, beans do not belong in tabbouleh.

Picked up organic lemons and peppermint tea. There is a half isle of teas to pick from. They have a place to eat right there too. Haven't tried it but looked decent.

Got harassed by Miguel constantly and sue in foods too... Wish she could lose her job maybe see how that feels since obviously doesn't care about other people and thinks she's better than you yet doesn't see what goes on half the time.. point system is really messed up and just a way to get people fired just for breathing basically... Nobody stays there because they don't treat people well at all which is the opposite of what you would think a coop should be.. I'm still angry about how I was treated

A mixture of "health-food" store and "support local farmers" store. Slightly on the pricey side, but that's to be expected when you're sourcing from small, local farms. Decent selection; sometimes a little on the short side in terms of variety of vegetables; again, they are going to skew local, so don't come here for your exotic stuff, but they have everything you're going to need for a normal American meal. Great way to support the farmers in your community.

They never email me. Twice I've talked to someone in-store about making an order. I gave my email and they just don't follow through.

Lost my health insurance cuz this place... Was harassed by a cook and a food supervisor and they just don't care about you unless your one of their favorites... Points system is a messed up way for them to punish people so that they can eventually fire you because they don't wanna have to pay you. I ended up telling my supervisor I was wanting to leave and she didn't do anything to actually do the right thing and take care of the way I was being treated by other staff instead she just àà8 ah askaddtook it as a resignation and then I was outta work because who cares as long as she gets to keep her job and make better money than almost anyone else in the store

I love this place. Great selection of local/regional products, as well as a lot of stuff that is otherwise difficult to find in the area. The staff are super nice too. The parking lot is chaos at busy times, but what parking lot in Keene isn't?

I am an ex Coop employee and can confidently say that this is the WORST job I have ever had out of the six jobs I've held since I joined the workforce in my teens. They only give you two 15 minutes breaks for a whole eight hour shift and while working there I got in the habit of eating unhealthily fast and also went hungry very often. They only allow you to have less than one sick day a month or you get fired. I watched my co workers come into work deathly ill just because they didn't want to lose their jobs. And as someone who suffers from a chronic disease I was allowed no extra time off even when I was in the hospital. The co-op pretends to be a welcoming community but in reality they don't care about their employees in the slightest. They will work you to the bone, treat you less than human, and pretend everything is fine until they finally throw you out without any warning. Kenton Battey is a cold, spiteful person and the worst boss I've ever had.

I come to the Keene store for specialty items or looking for new ideas. Having been to the Concord sister store, I definitely prefer Keene. Some things I like about this particular store is the casual ambiance, friendly staff, decent prices, better selection. I shop the Concord branch only for convenience. I'll leave it at that. The membership is probably worth it if you shop exclusively.

Great selection and a big cafe/deli with vegan and gluten free options. Salad bar and hot bar are limited but enough. Seems that the hot bar items are on rotation and advertised on the website. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Compost, and recycle in addition to trash. Big parking lot. Would love to see an electric car charger since they have solar!

The co-op is a fun, community-driven place to shop with some unique foods and a positive environment, but as far as employment, the co-op is not a quality place to be employed. My daughter was hired as a grocery associate and worked there for a few months. The lunch breaks are the minimum in NH but they are less than Target and Starbucks. For an 8 hour shift, the co-op gives only two 15 minutes. Target gives two 15 minutes AND a 30 minutes. For someone with blood sugar issues or someone who wants to sustain any type of energy and sustenance throughout the day, two 15 minutes is not sufficient rest or meal-time for a full day of work. My daughter was losing weight and experiencing fatigue. These concerns were brought to the grocery manager and he was less than receptive. The co-op is driven by a point system where once employees get a certain amount of points, they are vulnerable to termination. My daughter was below the points and was terminated by Kenton Battey without any warning or thorough explanation. She has a medical condition (diagnosed by a doctor) in which she needed to miss a few days of work which may have been the reason for the termination. The co-op was aware of her medical condition and appeared to be working with her in regards to it. Then without any warning, Kenton called her in the morning and tersely fired her without thorough explanation. She called him later to ask for a more thorough explanation, he gave only curt answers including blaming her for the co-op's reduced sales. She asked for a second chance in grocery once she got her health condition under control, he only said, "No." She was met with a cold and unresponsive person. There's a certain amount of respect and care that should go into the termination process, and Kenton did not provide that. Quite the opposite. There's also a certain amount of respect that should be given leading up to the termination. However, Kenton gave absolutely no indication that he was displeased with her

Such a great shopping experience every time we go. The friendliest employees you will ever see, delic food at the deli, nice produce section, efficient check-out. I can't think of a criticism. Yes, it is small, but they use every single square inch of space to their advantage. :)

Excellent customer service employees were eager to help. Coming from someone with numerous severe food allergies this health food store is incredible with a large selection of products. One associate even looked at the ingredients for me, not that i couldn't but he was very engaged. When one associate wasn't able to locate a product for me he asked another associate who was eager to assist. Very family friendly with arts and crafts available near seating area. Very community engaged with town board of activities and information. The public restrooms were also the cleanest modern facilities I have ever seen. I just with they had more locations. This kind of health food store should have thousands of locations nationwide.

I go every day to the co op. They rarely have a side and a meat it rediculous . They site lack of employees and then have 15 standing around. I am currently waiting for wings. I asked how long and was told 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the manager came out and told me 10 more minutes someone either didn’t ask or they didn’t ask lol. This happens at least twice a week at the hot bar. Even if you call ahead don’t count on what they said being there they don’t look at the food they look at the menu. I’d give the Hot Bar 0 stars if I could. I will say about once a month they have some good fish. Oh and they we’ve the same thing for days sometimes. I ate the chicken here today 3 days ago..
